Me and the wife ordered through the Door dash app,but for pick up not delivery. So we was tired and wanted to get our order and go home. We pulled up and found out the lobby doors was locked so we went to the drive through line about 3 cars in front of us. We get to the window and the employees noticed us but wanted to ignore us. We waited but impatient so I knocked on the service window. A young girl moseys to us and we explained we was there to pick up a door dash order. The employee goes to get our food(we think). Instead another young girl comes to the window and says " we have your food away, pull up and wait in the handicap spot we will remake your food and bring it out" so I'm getting more than impatient now. After 10 minutes a third employee comes out with our food. We go through our order my burger wasn't made the way I ordered it ," if thats all lets just go I wanna go home" nope they shorted us a French fry too. Ok pull around to drive through again. Wait in line again. This time we talked to them through the order speaker. " you guys shorted us a fry" wait. "Did they hear us they never responded" I say to wife. " just pull around " 2 more cars. We get to window. We hear them talking about our fries they seem aggregated they try to give us a regular but we ordered large they argue we show them the receipt they know they are wrong but they are very mad now. We can see the employees standing by the fry station waiting on fries to cook we see employee get fry box and put fry in box but employee doesn't walk straight to us to give fry they walk with our fry to the back we can't see what's going on why do they need to take fry in the back for ? I finally get home. Blizzard is melting all over car and wifes hands. The other fry is cold. My burger is swimming in ketchup nasty. Fry is so salty its absurd. Hey I'm saving this fries hope they was just over salted and thats all we...
Read moreWent to the one on West Morris st I will say the establishment itself looked very nice and put together maybe just redone i was impressed with it however it was very unclean in the food area all kinds of food that like chicken strips fries cheese curds and other things we're just hanging out in the fry warmer head look like it had been wiped down on the counters or the floor swept tables were still dirty from previous customers I was not pleased with it. I had ordered cheese curds and they took them out of the warmer and reheated them slightly they were cold in the center I ordered two medium cones dipped in chocolate and the ice cream wasn't even Frozen enough to uphold the ice cream it was like a Big blob on top and the employees we're we're having very loud obnoxious distasteful conversations about partying and sleeping around with other people conversations that you should not be having loud enough that your customers could be hearing. I was so displeased that I threw my food away and left. The sign on the outside had said under New Management I think they need to rethink the management they have now. I will not be going back there it's a shame because it did look nice from the outside just goes to say you can't judge a book...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I usually always go to this Dairy Queen, until last week. We looked online to see when it closed and the website says 10 p.m so we decided since we live so close we would run over there before closing. We got there at 9:45 and the whole place was closed down, lights inside were off and open signs were off, the employees were just standing there, it looked to me like they were just waiting to walk out that door as soon as it hit 10. I managed a restaurant, so I understand what it's like to want to head home at the end of the night, especially when it's slow. Just like any other job, you're ready to just head home. At the same time though, you DO NOT close the store down until it absolutely is time. You do not own the business, you just work there, probably for minimum wage, if that was your business you would want your employees to get every customer possible. Thank you for helping us realize that just because you're closer to our house, we would rather not eat there because the employees are so careless about the customers and ready to be home, so I can only imagine how poorly the food is going to be handled. Fifteen minutes is honestly not that much...
