D & C Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Horrible Horrible Horrible! First of all, the woman taking my order was extremely rude. She decided what type of cardboard pizza I was going to be ordering because I asked for delivery. She was bossy , rude and just a nasty attitude. She told me breadsticks( gross and harder than the pizza crust) 2 ginger ales (all they had)was the special and we needed to pick 3 meat toppings because the driver was ready to go. TOTAL: $37.00 ..I ASKED TO ADD A DRIVER TIP FOR DELIVERY. SHE TOLD ME "NO, SHE ALREADY RAN MY CARD!" RUDE!! WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!! Much time had passed. No delivery yet. I tried to call the store over and over. Rang and rang, picked up and busy. I called today, 1. To give the DELIVERY Driver a tip. 2. To speak with a manager or someone professional with good customer service skills. Unfortunately, I received the very same rude woman. She was loud, offered zero solutions. She didnt want to listen and only talk. She sounded very intimidating asked what I wanted done as she talked over me.I'll never subject myself to that poor service. I apologize to the nice driver!!! When you call an order pizza from D&C I would pass. They have to hang up the phone and call you back to take your credit card over the phone. Not up to date with technology. I was not told a delivery time. It arrived 2 hours later with a delivery driver with a cigarette in his mouth who parked in the middle of my street playing loud music with profanity. My pizza was cold, and when I called back to let them know, the manager got on the phone and start arguing with me and saying I had, had my pizza for an hour and half when I clearly received it was cold. Black businesses wonder why the community does not spend on local black owned business, and this is the reason why. Poor attitudes and confrontation. When ordering I would pass on this pizza place and order Dominoes. I would give it a half a star but they did't have one. Purely...

I purchased a ham and cheese and a Stromboli last night. They decide to put small pieces of ham that goes on the pizza on the ham and cheese sandwich. It had some type Italian vinegar on the bread. It was nasty and a complete waste of money. I called on today to let management know what happened but they didn't seem to care. My recommendation to anyone that goes there is please don't order the ham/cheese or you will be disappointed. I hope management will step in and start looking over the orders before they put people in positions that are making there business look bad
