Great place to get basic groceries. Much cheaper than the big stores. Small box concept, so there is no clothing and no jewelry counters, and you don't have to walk "a mile" to get a gallon of milk or a loaf of bread. You have to bring your own bags, or grab a box on your way thru the store. They sell both paper and plastic bags at the register. Nothing fancy. No sushi bar, no salad bar, no olive bar, no deli, no fresh fish. But they do have fresh vegetables, fresh potatoes, white bread & wheat bread, inexpensive milk and other dairy products, and a nice selection of fresh meat. Read moreEverytime I go into the store. It is the same. Almost no one is there. So I shop. By the time I go to check out. There is a line. No one person only at the register. So the process that looked as if it would take no time. Now is taking more time then I choose to give. Once it w as said that the customer is always right. Retail was that way. I was not allowed to have a long line. Check out process had to be fast or you were fired and our register was not computerized. The store works against the customer today. They just don't care. Lately ive noticed that the price has gotten high and quantity of food has gotten less they have also started charging for thin bags that used to be thick. Ive ask why the high prices, staff reply that customers have been stealing.. Although this may be true. How long are we gona be punished for the things others do, there hasnt been a drop in prices yet. The off brand food cost more than the name brand. Save a lot also pays seven dollars a hour.
