Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I placed an order for pick up at the drive up window on April 1st around 12:30 pm. I was alerted that my order was ready so I pulled up to the window. Literally sat at the window for 18 -20 minutes (not a big deal for me because I got lost watching a television show). There were no customers around and from what I could see no employees. I finally tooted my horn and knocked on the window. An angry employee finally opens the window and tells Me That I could have brought my “Karen a$$” into the store to get my pizza. I was absolutely dumbfounded as I was extremely patient and wasn’t even upset until she verbally assaulted me. I pulled around and walked into the store. When I went to get my already paid for order she snatched it and literally threw it all across the kitchen. I have literally never been treated with such disrespect and unkindness. I told her that the reason I ordered for pick up at the window is because I extremely sick. She responded by telling me that she has heart disease and that I should have ordered soup instead. She refused to give me corporate or Manager contact information and here I Am nearly two weeks later after leaving a complaint with corporate, no pizza, no apology and no refund. I called today and ironically the same employee answered. She argued with me and said that I called her a filthy name when she came to the window, which is completely untrue. I told her that I Didn’t want to argue, I just wanted my money back. She told me I should call back after 5 pm. This is the Dominos at 5603 N Michigan rd Indianapolis, Indiana 46228. I would like to say that we have used this Dominos since they opened and have always found everyone to be extremely kind, efficient and professional. The restaurant is extremely clean. Pretty rude employees. And not updated pickup method.

I placed an order online for in store pickup, I understand it’s late but the option was there and on, I live close by so I walked up the street to pickup the order. Arrive and they have a printed sign that says “drive thru only”. So I walked over to the drive thru and get a “what do you want”. I say I know it’s late but the option said I could walk in, I know I’m a few minutes early as well but I’m pickup up my order. Barely get a response, I do get an estimated time until it’s ready which is what I expected anyways. But I expected to be able to wait inside.

Looking at me like I’m the idiot who decided to do an in store pickup and don’t have my car to do a drive thru is not the look. Went below and beyond expectations that this store gave me for an experience last time. Rude and “closed” indoors for no reason and not even updated on the app when selecting pickup preference.

I asked for them to wave at me when it’s ready and I’ll walk back over to the drive thru pickup window and got an eye roll and a sigh.

Like dude, I didn’t ask for this either. And y’all just look at me like an idiot standing there/at the front door as well. If y’all kept a standard it’d be much easier for both y’all and the customer lol

And please, keep cleaning your delivery bag in front of me ignoring my existence when the order is actually ready...

If I could leave 0 stars on all categories I definitely would. Customer service is HORRIBLE. One specific female is rude and not a very good “manager”, another employee even said they are constantly butchering orders when I called back up to the store to complain about my order. They messed up the whole order. They made a sub with cheese when I requested no cheese. I called back up there to ask for a new one to be made and they said no even though they messed up. Eventually they decided to remake one and I went t go pick it up and some very rude female worker gave attitude and said I’d have to pay for a new one even though it was their mistake. After arguing with her I just paid for a new one with no cheese and left. After returning home I finally saw the “pizza” I purchased and it was burnt to a literal crisp and had no cheese on it. Ended up having to order food from somewhere else. And my “large” pizza was basically a small. I ordered plain wings and they were pure rubber, tasted like they were boiled and not...
