Egg Roll King on Kentucky Ave — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Seriously, do not come here. I was really hungry from arriving off of a plane, and I really wanted some cheap Chinese food, and saw that this place had 4 and a half stars, and thought I'd try it. Wish I had seen the reviews. I didn't take pics because I was THAT hungry, but I promise it was bad. I ordered the pork and vegetables lunch. It was fine, I guess, albeit way too drenched in sauce. The rice was the worst part, since it was very clearly prepared beforehand, and kept in a warmer, and NOT stur fried to order🤦. The egg drop soup had no flavor except for salt (I had to add pepper🤦‍♂️). The most infuriating part was the lack of meat though. I was very hungry, so I thought, well maybe that's on me for getting a lunch size. I explained the problem, that it was too many vegetables, and that I'd like to buy an entree that was meat only, and ordered the twice cooked pork. It was 75%-80% vegetables. Ridiculous. First time was my own mistake, but I told him the problem, and he should have directed me to a different dish, or explained that all dishes are mostly vegetables. A waste of $25😡. I don't understand if all the other people posting reviews have never eaten Chinese at any other place before, but that has to be the reason that this place has a 4 star review. My girlfriend and I absolutely love eating Chinese food, and this place is the worst I have ever eaten. Believe me, I don't review anything really, but it was so bad all 3 times we tried it, that I couldn't help but to leave a review. Yes, their egg rolls we're okay, but their chicken was hard, and over cooked, the pork was dry, and chewy, and the beef was terrible. We tried ordering different things every time, and every time we were disappointed more and more. Don't waste your time going here. We live less than a mile from here, and will gladly drive to any other Chinese restaurant. It's that bad. On top of terrible food, they had terrible service. I originally wanted to order cream cheese ragoons so when I got up to the window, it shows that If you are paying with a debit you have to spend more then $10.00 dollars so I had order me an egg roll and something to drink where it came up to $11.17 when I received my food my egg roll was so dry and my cream cheese ragoons was over cooked chewy was not even gone from there place a good 5 mins when I called they were so rude inconsiderate they didn’t apologize and ask if they can replace it.
