I recently visited El Globo Bakery in Indiana Speedway, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The pan francés, which I've had on multiple occasions, consistently tastes old and lacks the freshness you'd expect from a bakery. It's quite disappointing to see no improvement in this aspect.

Moreover, I noticed that the staff making the bread do not use gloves or hats to cover their hair. This lack of basic hygiene practices is concerning and definitely something that needs to be addressed. A bakery should prioritize cleanliness and food safety, and El Globo Bakery falls short in this regard.

To make matters worse, the cashiers were quite rude during my visit. Friendly customer service is crucial for a pleasant experience, and the attitude of the staff left much to be desired.

I don't usually give panaderias bad reviews but I went and got bread yesterday, Feb 12th, and got about 25 dollars worth of bread. As soon as I got home I shared it with the rest of my family members and they all said that the bread tasted MOLDY. So I tried some to verify and I unfortunately did taste mold. I really like this bakery. Being from the area I usually stick to getting donuts from @longsbakery but I wanted something different and walked into a whole new world. If you can't tell by the name this is a Español speaking establishment. I am very limited in what I can speak but I was able to follow my nose with no problem.
