The couple that owns this lovely eatery named it after their daughter and the food here is made with so much love! They put so much care into the design and so much of their hearts are poured into this. My mother and I stopped in for their lunch buffet, mango Lassi and samosas. OMG eating here on a cold and snowy day, stuffing ourselves with the most wonderful curries and naan is like getting a warm hug. It's like an adult hot cocoa! I'm coming back for date night to try their chicken peri peri!-update: I came back 4 days later and had the peri peri chicken and it's unlike anything I've ever had before. Unreal flavors, service and just everything we needed on a chilly night!

Loved this place. Stopped on our drive here from Fort Wayne to Nashville. Wanted to support a new small business. I saw Malai chicken Tikka on the menu and I had to come. Used to love that back home in Punjab. They definitely did justice to that here. Loved everything. Naans were perfectly done. Mild was actually mild and did not burn our mouths. Ambience and attention to detail to decor is amazing. You can tell how much pride the owner family took in making this place. We so had Kingfisher beer. Loved it. Wish the owners nothing but the best and hope this thrives so I can always stop by for Malai chicken!!

I was very surprised by how nice, clean and comfortable Hannah’s is simply because you wouldn’t expect to find such a gem in this part of Indy. The food is fantastic and I’d absolutely recommend the chicken tikka masala, which was made perfectly. The staff is extremely polite and attentive too. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough and I can’t wait to go back!

I have been going to restaurants for over fifty years and have never encountered one with more incompetent and more arrogant service.

We were a party of five with two children (aged seven and ten) trying to get dinner. The restaurant was almost empty but it still took more than ten minutes to get menus and order drinks. Few of the staff spoke English and those that did obviously had more important tasks at hand than catering to customers.

We were told that they did not have the drinks we ordered, then served the drinks we ordered after almost a half-hour! We then managed to order food by insisting that we needed it--after all, it was supposed to be a restaurant.

After another half-hour the adults' food began to arrive sporadically, main dishes interspersed with appetizers. We kept on asking for the children's food from the kids' menu (nothing fancy, just a cheese sandwich and mac-'n-cheese). We were repeatedly told that it was on the way. After an hour, when the final instalment of the adults' food arrived, we were told that the children's food was not available. The staff were not even slightly apologetic about it. They said that they had just found out, after an hour from when we had ordered.

We then left, paying $ 80 which covered what we had consumed, but the staff insisted that we even pay for the food we had never received!!! One of them followed us into the parking lot thereatening to call the police which we cordially invited them to do.

This sounds hard to believe but that is exactly what happened--the callousness of the staff is unmatched in my experience.

The food that was served was mediocre, not good (more bland than soymilk) but not truly bad. Cooking classes can improve the taste this place can offer; the attitude is entirely another matter.

It is truly unfortunate that we cannot give a numerical assessment that is negative. There are plenty of decent Indian restaurants in the Indianapolis area--any sensible person would avoid this one. No parent should dream of patronizing...

This may be the worst restaurant experience I have had in fifty years in Indiana. We were three adults and two children. It took much longer than it should for us to order. We ordered two appetizers and two mains as well as two orders for children 7 and 10 years old. The children's orders were from the menu for mac and cheese and a grilled cheese sandwich. It took longer than we thought it should to get appetizers and the the mains were not delivered at the same time. At that point, we had been there for one hour. We could not understand why the childrens" orders, which should have been delivered first, were not served. We finally called over someone who informed us that The childrens" food was "NOT AVAILABLE"! NOT AVAILABLE was something they must have known when we first ordered the food. The staff were not apologetic and did not offer any alternative. We were incensed and left the restaurant, paying about two thirds, $80, of what the bill was and leaving one of the mains and two beers on the table. We were informed the police would be called and a picture taken of our license plate, then given the finger by an employee as we left. That a restaurant could not know they could not provide a mac and cheese and a cheese sandwich which were ON THE CHILDREN'S MENU was, we felt, an insult to the customers. We will wait to hear from the police. To contrast, I was recently in a restaurant when I was embarrassed to find I had forgotten my wallet. The waiter at Dr. B's restaurant told me not to worry, they would cover it. I went home, got my wallet, and...
