House grill — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Food was ok.... When we finally got it. Took 30 mins to get two hamburgers and fries and it seemed like other people who came in after my wife and I were getting their food before we did. One table got a Parrilla Personal. My wife was told it would take 50 minutes to cook and serve. That table received theirs whitin 10 minutes of sitting down. We ordered it to go when we order the hamburgers and didn't receive it until an hour later. When we got home we checked the food and the yucca was old and hard and the salad had old bad avocado in it. We threw both out. We received it close to the time we were told it would take to cook but we had to call for and remind the waitress about it. It seemed like she was playing favorites with the tables and spending a lot of time talking to other people about not work related things. She never came to check on us. Once we got the food to go we had to continue to wait another 10 minutes to pay and then wait some more because the waitress didn't bring us a to go box we had asked for when she brought the take out. It was busy when we came in so we gave them the benefit of the doubt but to us it seemed like the other guests had priority and no care was put into our to go food. First time visiting House Grill and we were absolutely impressed 😍. We ordered the Arepa Vaquera, Tequeños, and a Parrilla, and everything was delicious with an authentic Venezuelan flavor!
