KFC — Restaurant in Indianapolis

first off i wanna say i love kfc if for no other reason besides its better than their counter parts (churches, popeye's) having said that this review is about this particular location only, over the years i have watched this location go from being a pretty good place to eat with good deals and good prices and good food to being one of the worst places with the worst atmosphere as well as the worst customer service that you could get, this inside and outside is disgusting, its raggedy and looks to have not been updated in many years, the food is adequate to in most cases, down right awful, its thrown together and slopped around with no sense of pride or respect for the food or the customer, the inside looks as though they just mop the floors with plain water, it smells even through the faint smell of the actual food they are cooking, and dont get me started on the rest rooms cleanliness, recently i went there and at first was going to just order through the drive through but i had to use the restroom so i went inside to order, after ordering i went to the restroom to go number one and there was no soap, or paper towels, so i was forced o wash my hands with plain water, i then notified the person at the front desk of this issue and she just said thank you and went back to the back to talk with another employee, i then got my food which was barely luke warm and the texture resembled chicken when its reheated over time, the mashed potatoes and gravy was almost cold and i didnt even get the cookie that was supposed to come in the box, so i was upset and returned to either get a better meal or my money back, i got a fresh meal and ate what i was given, two minutes after finishing my stomach started rumbling and a feeling of sickness over came me, i ran to the bathroom and realized the food wasnt good and had caused me digestion issues ( diarrhea) so i went into the stall and the toilet was so disgusting there was piss all over the seat and surrounding toilet area as well as the floor, and the pungent smell over urine and feces about gagged me, but in my current state i had very little time to react to my surroundings, so i was forced to sit on this seat, after i sat down i realized there was about a child sized hand full of toilet paper left on the spool, so at this point i was livid, after finishing and using what was left of the toilet paper ( which wasn't much help )i spent the next 15 to twenty minutes trying to get the extra feces off of my back side with plain water and no towels, after doing what i could to cleanup the best i could i went out and waited to talk with someone about what had occurred, i waited a good 5 minutes and no one showed but i could hear laughing and carrying on from the back rooms, so i just left, i later chalked it up as a very bad experience and nothing more, today is march 20th and since this location is the closest to my home i decided to go there once more to get lunch for my kids, there was no way i was going inside again, so i went through the drive through, half of the menu board was off and what was left i could barely read because it was foggy , dirty and old, but i ordered the 5 dollar box lunches for them, after about a good 5 minutes sitting in line waiting for the first greeting i hear a very loud voice say BROWSE THE MENU AND I'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU!! so i sat there and waited for another 3 minutes and finally a guy comes on to take my order, i tell him i want the 5 dollar box lunches and to drink i wanted dr pepper, i get up to the window and a very unsavory character greets me with gold teeth and that ghetto personality, so i get my food and leave, me and my children get home and the entire order is completely messed up, everything was cold and one of my children found a hair in his mashed potatoes, the drinks were watered down and had very little ice in the cups, on on top of all off it , i once again didn't get my cookie that is supposed to come in the box, so little to say, i will never go to this...

So I literally just deleted it bad review for another bad review.. I don't know what in the world is going on with this KFC and it sucks cuz it's right down the street from my house but I guess I'll just be driving across town.. when I got there, there is literally one car in the parking lot and I would assume that would be a worker but maybe not but okay whatever and no one in the Drive-Thru whatsoever and she said she would be with me in a minute. No biggie .... Well I sat there and smoked an entire cigarette! Keep in mind I smoke 100s.. lol so I decided to go ahead and go to the gas station and come back. Thinking maybe they'll be caught up by then for whatever it is they're stuck by I know there could be registered or electric or employee issues whatever.. I worked in plenty of fast food places so I get it... so I went to the gas station came back and still same vehicle in the parking lot nobody in the Drive-Thru and same thing she said she'll be with me in a minute. about 5 minutes later I finally tell her that I have a order online she says pull forward and hands me a pop that has a small white hair hanging from it which imagining it was just fuzz so whatever anyway.. it's missing about 2 incehs from the top probably because now my food had been sitting there for 15 minutes and everything is incredibly cold now the ice is almost completely melted in the drinking watered down. Oh yummy And I asked her if the silverware and sauces are in the bag because I asked for sauces for my tenders as most people do and hot sauce and she said yep. Well luckily I didn't drive away because there was two chicken bowls and there was one spork and there's no hot sauce and no chicken tenders sauce at all. so I said can I please have the hot sauce and sweet sour sauce and honey mustard? she hands me hot sauce. I said okay can I please have the sweet and sour and the honey mustard for the chicken tenders ? then she hands me sweet and sour I said okay can I have the honey mustard too she rolls her eyes gets it for me and I just couldn't take it anymore after last few days I had.. and didn't want to loose my cool over another bad rove thru vist.. I just couldn't.. But everyone does need to know that the food and service has went down here.. of course the prices went up as usual quality goes down when the prices go up and the employees here have had a really sucky attitude for a really long time..last time we had to wait like 30 40 minutes for our food for three people.... And the order was still messed up.. 🤦 so that's a picture of the review that I deleted to write...

I ordered online at 6PM for a scheduled pickup at 6:30. I got to the restaurant and went inside at 6:22 to wait for my order as well as purchase a couple extra beverages. A man came into the restaurant and called the employees the ‘b’ word and asked for a water cup. An employee responded and said “we don’t have small cups anymore”. The man proceeded to dig through the trash to get a cup and left. I watched 6-7 more orders get taken out and the time was 6:57. I notice 2-3 other people who ordered at the counter get their food before me. I didn’t get my 6:30 scheduled order until 7:05. I ordered a 6pc tender/12pc nugget family meal with mashed potatoes & gravy and sweet corn, as well as a 3pc (2 thigh, 1 drum) with mashed potatoes & gravy, and sweet corn. I received my whole order, but all was cold except the potatoes & gravy. Everyone was really kind, and they offered me a freebie, but I was so disheartened and anxious that I just wanted to leave. The building itself needs maintenance, because the sulfuric smell overwhelms the entire lobby to the point you can’t even smell the food. Please understand this isn’t a reflection of the employees themselves, they’re really doing their best. The atmosphere would’ve been so much better if this is brought to the right...
