Not impressed by this location. It is 12:10 pm on a weekday. There were no handicap parking spaces available. These former spaces are now being reserved for uber drivers picking up orders none are occupied. On other side of parking lot in what could have been a handicap space was a van parked. It was without a handicap license or place card on mirror. But to be fair to the owner of the van, the parking space did NOT have a sign reserving for handicapped only. We have permanent plate on vehicle. We couldn't tell if it had markings painted on the ground. It snowed 3 days previously. Snow and ice are still on the ground of uncleared areas. The packed snow makes the parking lot treacherous to walk. But walk we did! Across that ice covered parking lot, to the nearest door, only to discover a sign saying to go to the door at front of building. Off we go, around the building low and behold a door was here. But guess what? This door is locked! Since they have no sidewalk leading around to back of building, or other side depending on how you see it. The drive through window is located there, so we went back the direction we came from. Since I had not actually tried to open the first door. The one with sign saying "go around" I decided to try it. NOPE it was locked!! So far no other customers had entered the parking lot. That's good since we were already hungry we really didn't want to have to wait on people who got here after us. Even though hubby doesn't like using drive through since so many places can't seem to get orders right and he never knows it until he gets the food home. We discuss going somewhere else but we are here, hungry, and after getting out to walk around in the cold I need to pee. Now we are in his car and trying oue best not to get any scratches on it. We go down the side (back) of the building, way to close beside fence. Making hard left turn at corner of building there's the drive up window the menu board just a few feet before it. We slow down to check out the menu board but already knew what we wanted so proceed to the window only to be greeted by person asking if we were uber? Then she tells us we need back up to order. Back up we did. All way into corner turn, keep repeating order into speaker until understood. Order taken. Drive forward. Pay for order. Next instructions. . . the same person who had just had us back up into corner so she could take the order through the cracking speaker system tells us to pull forward so the car behind us could get their order. We pull up they access payment window. Horn beeps. Look back. Vehicle driver taps watch lifts hands off wheel . . person head inside appears, shouts "go on we'll bring it out". Go on? Go on to where? Already left as possible, room to go around on right. Does she want us to park at the locked front door and have someone bring it across the street to us? Maybe an unresearved space in the parking lot? Those are only legal options to us. We chose beside the door close to parking lot, with the driver side closest to building make easy as possible for employee. After making it full circle around the building it's obvious van in the prime parking space belongs to an employee. Determed since no one allowed inside and had no occupants waiting for food to come out. After waiting what we considered long enough to make our order and refill half the ingredients we saw the car that had pulled up after us. She was going down the street behind us then made a left turn onto a BUSY BUSY US40 the main road. With her window STILL DOWN and drink in hand off she goes to enjoy the rest of her day. Meanwhile here we are still waiting on our order. Couple minutes later food arrives accompanied by employee who tells us "Next time pull up on 'that side' of building, in front of door. We can bring it out easier." I have several issues with this statement. #1 Next time will not be bringing it out from this location!!! also EMPLOYEEs Van was STILL BLICKING...

Read moreThe owner feels it is appropriate to refuse to make a simple sandwich that is half toasted half not toasted so I can eat some now and some later, which is how I have ordered the same sandwich since the introduction of toasted and this woman is the first person to ever say no or anything about it for that matter. She also felt the need to yell at me that she owned this store and there is nothing subway can do when I asked for her name. If you want good subway with friendly service just go to the one up the street just past 465, they are the nicest and give the friendliest...
