Starbucks — Restaurant in Indianapolis

So I ordered through my Starbucks app to have it delivered and I’ve not been getting my points for it. My reward stars so I called them. They say it’s an it has to do with DoorDash so I called DoorDash DoorDash says it has to do with Starbucks so I called Starbucks back and the lady on the phone are used with me and says it shows you’re getting your points OK I don’t care what your computer showsI know for a fact I’m not getting them. I’ve ordered five times in the past week and guess what my points are still at 1:40 i’m not about to keep arguing with them just know that either your employees are taking the points or they’re just straight ripping people off from their rewards that they earn that they should get with this expensive as it is I mean it’s good coffee I love it. I have to have one or two a day but still, I deserve my rewards points for being a loyal customer and it’s ridiculous to argue with the customer and treat them rudely when They know for a fact, they’re not getting their reward points. This place used to be a 5 star place but has gone down hill drastically. I prefer to do mobile orders to save time but at this location it’s a waste of time. I put in a mobile order 20 minutes in advance arrive to location my order isn’t ready got greeted with an attitude so I just asked for a refund. No apology was offered only we are backed up. Times before this incident my orders were either missing something or they gave me the wrong size. So I came up with the perfect solution to prevent this from happening again I just avoid this location at all cost. My coworkers and I used this location quite a bit because it’s close to the work place but now we just use the Starbucks by North Willow. This Starbucks is now charging $1 more in the average than most other locations in Indy for the same exact drink and about half the coffee in a drink compared to the other locations.

Nobody at this location can explain the price gouging at this store compared to the other stores in the same area for the same exact drink and the sub par drink quality compared to the other Starbucks location.

It's a training/management issue.

I'm paying more money for a drink that's very watered down with cream and ice.

Then they want to charge me even more for whipped cream on top when I'm paying close to $5 for nothing more than iced coffee (not a frappe or a fancy drink. Just iced coffee-literally) that barely has any coffee in it.
