Wendy's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I went to Wendy’s today to get an apple pecan chicken salad I never get the blue cheese crumbles. When I got home, my salad had the spicy chicken on top that I asked for and a handful of lettuce and probably three apples and 3 to 5 Craisins in it. I went back to the restaurant ask the manager or whoever was at the front desk if I could get another salad because there’s nothing in the salad. The manager says ‘ You didn’t want the crumbles and that’s how they come’. I said I wanted a salad. There’s nothing in here. She stared at me then I said can I get another one? She stared at me. I proceeded to tell the manager that I just ordered two of the salads the day before for me and my mom and they were full. We could barely get the chicken without salad falling out of the container. This container was half full nothing in it! The salad is $8.39 and this was a $2.99 salad. Anyway, I said alrighty then, and I proceeded to leave because I’m not into the videos of fighting, which is what the ghetto, trashy manager wanted to do was argue or fight, and as I’m leaving, the manager comes to me with a little cup with some apples in it, I politely said no thank you and I told her where she could put those apples. I’m in school working on my masters degree and I’m wasting time having to go get food when I’m trying to work...

This Wendy’s is extremely hit or miss. Either there are very friendly people working and the line moves fast, or they are not as friendly and there are long waits. I would give this Wendy’s a 3.5 or so except for something that happened yesterday morning. Apparently the hours at this location have changed to 10 am to 7 pm or something like that. I pulled up to the drive thru a few minutes after 10 am and an employee was outside talking on the phone. She didn’t acknowledge me at first so I sat at the speaker waiting, and see a paper there explaining the new hours. It’s about 10:05 and the woman outside tells me “we don’t open until 10, we just got here” and then carried on her conversation. I have worked fast food in the past and I understand things happen and with the way things are right now a lot of businesses need more workers. However if your hours state something and it’s a few minutes past that time and there are customers, i feel they should try to be a little more accommodating. As I left to go elsewhere I saw 2 other cars roll up to the drive thru and then drive away as well.

Some of the time my food here is really great and other times it is not very fresh tasting at all. It just depends on the day I guess. Overall it’s not the worst location but there are...

This location is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Took at least 30 mins thru drive thru. Super difficult to order. Employees have no idea what's going on. Had to pull around twice because a simple sandwich wasn't supposed to have mayo or tomato but apparently it's extremely hard to just NOT put them on there?? still ended up with tomato but just picked it off, easier than having deal with them again. Oh yeah and I asked about using a coupon on their app and can you just imagine how confusing and difficult this was for them? Lol you have no idea. But what irked me the most was when I held out my phone to show the MANAGER my coupon code, and she snatched my phone out of my hand and into their establishment. Not a huge deal until she shoved it back in my face for me to grab it and find that it's completely covered in grease and other food related juices I'm assuming. All because she had been wearing her gloves from making food this whole time. Oh and then walked back to continue to make food, nbd. Luckily I had a case on my phone. Btw I'm sick af right now. Super congested, horrible cough, sneezing. So hopefully her touching my phone and then making food with the same gloves didn't get any other customers sick that night. Definitely never going back to...
