Pollo Veloz Carbonico — Restaurant in Ingalls Park

I visit this excellent restaurant every couple of days because I enjoy the good air that is exist in this restaurant. The personel is extraordianrillyremarkably cordial and professional. The service is awfully rapid. Not to mention, the food you get is great. I visited often and I was always satisfied. The expense is decent. I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. This place small but the customer service and the quality of the food is great. I've had tacos all around in the Joliet area, and this place outdoes all the rest. The tacos are made the wright way. Even though it was a bit of a drive b4 it was well worth it. Rudest taco spot! They hung up on me when I called in after asking didn’t I already call and I didn’t. When I brought it up to the guy tht worked there he rudely ignored me and all I wanted was an apology. He then skipped me and went to next customer. He told me I had an attitude and refuses service. I don’t need a good attitude to buy food. But you need a good one to serve it and he was so disrespectful started yelling get out! I started recording and he recorded back saying I have no manners and I can never come back. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I’ll post video soon. I never had a nasty attitude. I've been going to this place for years ordering tacos and the lady had the nerve to tell me that the tacos were bigger that's why they raise the price a dollar more the tacos did not change the price did change the same amount of product you got to pay a dollar more for and then if you want to pay a dollar more for just a taco you only get cilantro and onions and you still a dollar 2.00 when you get through with taxes you're back to paying still $2 for just the plain taco. At the end of the day people are gouging because of cold but you're not paying a different price for that food and you're not helping the people so I don't know if I'm going to...
