Papa's Pizza — Restaurant in Inkster

The only reason I am giving a star is because you have to. A few months ago I ordered two papa breads, pizza and pop. The driver only bought one bread, I explained to him that I purchased two. He didn't speak English very well so I don't think he understand he's like yes bread I got it please sign. I then had to call his manager and explain to him what was going on. The manager said he would send it out when the driver came back. I signed the reciept and the driver left. (I didn't give a tip yet because I planned on leaving one when he came back) about an hour later he came back with the bread. I grabbed the bread I apologized to the driver that he had to come back again and he said "you no care you no leave tip" and stormed off and got into his vehicle which had another person in there which was weird by its self. I called the manager again explained what happened and he apologized. Said he was a fairly new driver. I told him that wasn't an excuse to talk to someone like that and that I shouldn't have had to wait an extra hour for my bread when I ordered it with my original order. He just kept apologizing and then we eventually just hung up. I tried ordering papas today for my kids for lunch and I was told that they no longer delivery to my address because it's "blacklisted" this is ridiculous. I don't have a vehicle to driver there which is why I was getting it deliveried but to be honest I won't go back if I could. The manager and the lady who I spoke to today were both extremely rude. Papa's will no longer be getting...

I am VERY VERY upset with this businesses Customer Service! I have been ordering from this place since i lived in Inkster. I don't know if the heavy set Guy is the Manager or not, but he really need to work on his attitude. My fiance and I have spent thousands of dollars with this place, and for the guy to be that rude was an insult! I do however give credit when its due, and i must say their food is mediocre. Just haven't been mobile lately due to a car situation so its like the closet and quickest thing to order. They take foreverrr to deliver your food and the prices are ridiculous! This day however put the Cherry on the Pie... The Manager that Flirts with Anything with legs, qouted me one price on the phone and when my "PIZZA" arrived, it was 17.00! We called back and asked him why did he quote us one price if it wasn't correct.. He yelled That it Didn't Matter.. Do we want it or not !? His attitude alone made me lose my appetite.. He even had the audacity to ask me one day Where do i work at when i made a Mistake and thought he Didn't give me back the correct amount of Change, because i was so tired, like humans don't make honest mistakes. I replied " I DON'T WORK, IM IN COLLEGE WORKING ON MY DEGREE TO BECOME A PHARMACIST". I dont know what his Attitude is always about, but i do know they just Lost a VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER!! $21 spent and all that was edible (and I use that term loosely) was the two tablespoons of coleslaw and the bread that came with the shrimp and ocean perch meal.

The fried shrimp was undercooked, sickeningly salty (the soggy batter exterior was salty, so I took that off to try to eat the shrimp...equally salty, as well as undercooked...gross).

The "Fresh Ocean Perch" was fried to perfection, the crunchy outside would have made for a great breading for fried fish...if it were fresh. I could not get past the super-fishy smell...the sign of fish gone bad...I figured I would save myself a likely case of food poisoning, and tossed the fish outside for the alleycats to feed on...they seem to be approaching it with caution as well.

Sounds like I am a picky eater, but I really am easy to please. I'm enjoying a cup of ramen as I write this, after throwing that rancid meal out... (looking out the window...the cats really are picking at that fish out in the alley with caution!!! Eeesh...I wish they could write their reviews!)

The lady that took my order, and the young man who delivered the meal seemed nice enough. I didn't bother to call in and complain...when every part of the meal is that bad, you gotta presume they knew about the lack of freshness, an neglect they put into cooking that meal. $21 and still starving...I will eat...
