I recently had the pleasure of visiting a unique establishment called Biscuitville, and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. Little did I know, this place had not always been around, but I was not aware of that when I first stumbled upon it. As I approached the storefront, I was immediately drawn in by the enticing smell of freshly baked biscuits. Being an avid fan of biscuits myself, I couldn't resist the temptation and decided to step inside.
The interior of Biscuitville was warm and welcoming, adorned with vintage decor and the aroma of coffee filling the air. The cheerful staff greeted me with a friendly smile, and I was quickly seated at a table with a view of the bustling kitchen. As I glanced over the menu, I was pleasantly surprised to see a wide variety of biscuit sandwiches and platters, all made with high-quality ingredients. I could tell that Biscuitville was dedicated to serving up traditional Southern cuisine with a modern twist.
As I waited for my order, I couldn't help but strike up a conversation with one of the employees. That's when I discovered that this place had only been open for a few months. I was shocked to learn that Biscuitville was a brand new addition to the neighborhood and hadn't even been in existence when I last visited this area. The friendly staff proudly shared the story of how Biscuitville started as a small family business and had grown to become a beloved local establishment.
When my order arrived, I couldn't wait to dig in. I had chosen the 'Biscuitville Classic' sandwich, which was made with a fluffy buttermilk biscuit, crispy fried chicken, and a drizzle of honey. The first bite was pure bliss - the flavors were perfectly balanced and the biscuit was freshly baked, just the way I like it. I also ordered a side of the housemade grits, which were so creamy and delicious that I couldn't resist asking for the recipe.
As I savored my meal and chatted with the staff, I couldn't help but feel grateful that I stumbled upon Biscuitville. It was clear that this place was more than just a restaurant - it was a community gathering place, a place where people come to enjoy a delicious meal and connect with one another. Biscuitville had captured the essence of Southern hospitality and brought it to life through their food.
In conclusion, my visit to Biscuitville was an unexpected delight. From the moment I walked in, I was immersed in the warmth and charm of this newly opened establishment. I highly recommend checking out Biscuitville for anyone looking to experience the delicious taste of Southern biscuits and a welcoming atmosphere. And to think, I had no idea this gem existed before - now it's a place I will be returning to time...
Read moreAs a child I remember visiting Biscuitville with my grandmother in North Carolina. I hadn't thought about it in years, but have recently been seeing a lot of Instagram posts about Biscuitvilles! My sister and I had a planned trip back to NC from Atlanta today and thought "let's see if there's a Biscuitville on the way!". As luck would have the Boiling Springs, SC location grand opening was today, and located right along our drive!
We stopped in around 1030 to find a well staffed and bustling new location. There were two drive thru lines staffed with outside employees to take orders face to face (like many Chick-fil-A locations have), but we went inside to dine. Every employee we interacted with was pleasant!
We ordered each a chicken biscuit, a side of sausage gravy and a hashbrown to share, the loaded country fries to share (a great value item!), and the peaches and cream soda and cookies and cream latte, also to share. Everything was bangin!
If we lived closer to a Biscuitville I would definitely come back to try a honey bun with hot coffee, the Spam crunch biscuit, and the hot honey chicken biscuit.
Boiling Springs is very lucky to have this addition to...
Read moreWe have been 3 times. Each time I ordered the Bacon plate, grits, scrambled eggs and a biscuit. Cheer wine to drink.I dont know what it was but it wasn't cheerwine. My husband got the bacon plate with " hashbrowns" and scrambled eggs. The hash Brown's were the patties you get at McDonald's. Neither time were our biscuits done or the bacon,it was almost raw. The second time I got the same thing and my grits were almost cold and lumpy. My husband got 2 over med eggs. His biscuit was still not done even asking for a brown biscuit. We were told the ovens were on a timer and that was it.The third time he again got scrambled eggs bacon, hash browns and an almost raw biscuit. Three times & your out. We won't be going back....unless they start actually serving baked biscuits which means brown and cooked bacon, not raw. Just add 2-3 more minutes to your timer and you would have good biscuits. Also it would help if they would serve actual hash browns instead of the patties. If that was what we wanted we would have gone to McDonald's.As for the atmosphere, maybe cut the blaring tv down some so people can hear each other.Or even off. Not everyone likes hearing it...
