Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

I've wanted my family to like Pizza Hut Pizza as much as I do. They always seem to want Papa John's. I normally just settle for what they want but tonight they said they would eat Pizza Hut if I ordered it. Somehow my order for Small Beef and Large Super Supreme got messed up. I got there at the 15 minute mark when it was supposed to be done and after 5 minutes or more they asked me to come back in 15 minutes. I did, which made it an extra 15 minute wait. I took it home to my family to eat and the Small Hamburger pizza was right but my Large Super Supreme was just a Large Cheese Pizza and that was it. My wife called and they told her to keep the Pizza and they would make a new one. She got there and they told her to wait 10 to 15 minutes. She did, and when she went to get corrected Pizza order it was a Small Pizza. My wife said to them the Pizza is supposed to be a Large Super Supreme. They told her they couldn't make her a Large Super Supreme because I changed my order online the first time to no toppings but Cheese. I know I didn't do that. The app said they were out of mushroom so I clicked the button to still make my Large Super Supreme Pizza without the mushrooms. I only added another topping when I added Hamburger on the Small Pizza. My wife just gave up and came home without anything. She missed the first 40 minutes of American Idol because of this. I saved up my 300 points getting Pizza Hut when by myself to get a Large Super Supreme and ended up with a Plain Large Cheese Pizza instead. What a let down. I guess my family is just going to continue to want the Large Works Pizza at Papa John's. I'm losing the battle or may have lost it...

Ordered online and picked up in the drive thru, sat in the drive thru for at least 10 mins waiting to even be recognized. When the employee did come she handed us the order which I order 2 of the My Hut Box which consisted of a personal pan pizza and boneless wings, to which i asked can I have ranch and blue cheese for the wings. To which I was told the ranch and blue cheese would be 0.50 each because they don’t come with the deal!? Well I ask if I would have ordered the fries would I have to pay for each packet of ketchup!? Or if I had orders a large pizza and wings would I still have to pay extra for condiments that should be given with the order in the first place!...

Placed my order at 603 pm Sunday night ( yes they were busy because of hurricane) Victoria took my order. A large pepperoni pizza and lg bread sticks. Victoria told me and I quote give us about 35 minutes I said no problem.show up at 640 and lo and behold there was no order for me.
