Two times in a row they screwed up my order!! Each time I spoke to the Owner Dan, he was very, very unpleasant to me. They blame me the customer who is wrong not them... 1st time they were late by more than1 1/2 half hours and I only ordered cold items!! I wondered if it takes 2 hrs to get a pizza from them??This time, like last time, I order a Super Sub and 2 potatoe salad becase it is the best ever...When I placed my ordered I said 3 times to the order taker that I want 2 of the potatoe salad... When I told this to the Owner Dan he claims that he was 3 ft away from the person taking my order and says he heard me say one. He told me the customer, that I was wrong in a very disgruntled way to me.I think I would know what I ordered, as I have always ordered 2 potatoe salads with every order I made with them.I love thier food but not the attitude of the Owner!! Maybe he needs to stay away from the customers and have a manager take care of the customer relations!!! I am not sure I will continue to order from them...

I decided to try something new and try a new place, support local. I’m not an app person, but figured it out and it told me 35 min until my order was ready. So I arrived a little later than expected because the app didn’t tell Me it was ready, so I tried calling them that I’d be a little late, and when I did get through I was put on hold for 15 minutes. So anyhow, I arrive and I get attitude for supposedly being late and they still had to make my cheesy bread. I waited patiently until it was done. I don’t mind since I had some emails to get through. But I brought my takeout home and I was very disappointed. The Alfredo tasted like a frozen dinner and the turkey sandwich was very basic. I think Jimmy John’s does better.
