Everything here sucks. They leave you with barely any syrup and is all just ice. If you ask for marshmallow then they give you the tiniest amount. Way overpriced. I understand the price for the ones with gummies and the add on price of extra things but for a regular one, the price is ridiculous. Employees are on their phones and handle the ice with NO gloves. I went when nobody was there and for some reason it took 10 minutes to get a small size snowball. Don’t get me started on the manager. She shouldn’t even be allowed around customers. She’s rude, snarky, and condescending. I feel bad for her employees that have to deal with her. Speaking of employees, why are they only white? There is ZERO diversity among their staff and as a black woman, I feel like I don’t belong there because I don’t feel part of this environment that they have created. The play area is always dirty and doesn’t seem to be well kept. Tables always leave you sticky and don’t seemed to be wiped off. I highly discourage anyone from going here and wasting your money on a racist, dirty, and condescending...

This place really does have the best tasting snow cones I've ever had. The veriety of flavors is astounding, over a hundred! I've been here like 20 times and have yet to taste all the flavors, that's how many their are.

This place is also using some very high quality syrups for their flavoring and you can taste the quality in it. Pelican Snow Balls is a very family friendly place with outdoor seating and games such as Cornhole and volley ball. It's a large outdoor playground for kids and adults. The kids always make other friends here while playing... They also never want to leave.

The employees are always nice and friendly which only adds to this establishment's charm.

Always a pleasure to come to Pelican's for their snowballs! There are so many varieties to choose from and different toppings from gummies to whip cream. The Maui Wowie is one of the best flavors to try! Kids love the ones with different gummies such as The Frogger, The Unicorn, The Shark, etc. This place has a big park/sandbox for the kids to play on as well with Cornhole, tire rolls, and a volleyball net with balls.
