Taco Bell — Restaurant in Irondale

This is the best Taco Bell I've been to since I was a kid! Their food was hot, well seasoned, their staff was polite. I mean all around awesome. My husband ordered Mexican pizza and I had a chalupa and hands downs best around. We've been back multiple times just to make sure it wasn't a fluke ,NOPE it was no fluke. Oh! And the pizza hut that's in the same store is also good. We came by at 8:50 , not knowing they closed at 9 pm. They were nice enough to give us free leftovers, that were hot and still fresh btw! It's definitely a place you need to stop by if your in the neighborhood! Show Them some love for actually selling good food. Maybe the others will...

Just left being at the hospital with an ill relative and hungry. Stopped at Taco Bell (Grants Mill, Irondale, AL). Immediately at the drive thru I was told to wait. Then 7 minutes, I’m still waiting and 2 cars pulled off. I said “Hello” on the speaker and the guy asked to wait. 15 minutes later the guy behind me circled around the building and said he could see the people inside laughing and talking. Understaffed on a Saturday night. Never seen this one before - they shut down the indoor facilities and halted the drive-through at 6pm for 15 minutes because they only had 2 employees working. I had placed my order 20 minutes earlier online. And they’re out of black beans. Seemed like the shift leader did the best he could under the circumstances. But the “Restaurant” Manager should have stayed to cover and not just strand the 2 remaining employees. Oh, and order more wisely, not run...
