I hate leaving bad reviews but I just hope the owners see this and things will change. Myself & my friends attempted to get coffee here but were met with some of the poorest customer service that any of us have ever experienced. Even my 4 year old was upset due to how uncomfortable the staring was from the baristas. When we entered we were not met with one single friendly look or word. We stood there a moment trying to figure out what to order, but all of us were legitimately SO uncomfortable by how rudely and silently the baristas were. They weren’t just silent but their entire demeanors were very unfriendly and mean girl. We ended up walking out due to how strange the entire experience was. If the owners see this, please train your staff to at least crack a smile and say a hello when customers enter. I will likely never go back and will make sure that others know to be prepared for very rude baristas and non existent...

This coffee shop is a gem! Definitely worth trying out! My friends and I stopped in on our way to the Old Fire Tower near Taum Sauk. When we first went in we didn’t see anyone so thought they might’ve been closed, right when we walked out, the owner came out to greet us. She was running the store by herself and had to take a moment, understandable. I would suggest a sign on the counter for those moments. Any who, I really liked the option of all the different syrups, she very helpful when it came to me wanting to know if the flavors I wanted were made without artificial flavors. I was able to get something new and different and I LOVED IT! Cold Brew w/ Pistachio & Honeysuckle Jasmine (I think it was) + Pistachio cold foam Delicious and the overnight oats were everything I needed for a nourishing breakfast! Lovely place, lovely owner. We stayed in Arcadia 5 days and 3 of the 5 we stopped in at this wonderful coffee shop! The gentleman who made us our coffees and breakfast items was very friendly. We tried the italian cream sodas, chai lattes, the Toddy (cold brew), affogato, the breakfast sandwich The Benny, and multiple muffins and donuts. Every single thing was amazing. My teenager even made us stop in so she could get the same sandwich I had bought the day before. It was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had in my 42 years Bagel with egg, cheddar, and hollandaise. Super yummy. Supe cute small gift area as well. So glad we stopped in!! Don't miss out...
