Unfortunately I didn’t have such a great experience. The customer service was not great. My daughter of 3 yrs old needed to use the bathroom while the ice cream was being prepared. One of the bathrooms was out of service, but there was an employee only bathroom. I asked what appeared to be the owner if there was a bathroom available she said no. I watch three people walk in and out of a bathroom while my daughter told me she really needed to go. That bathroom that said employees only was blocked with chairs.
