⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience

I was really excited to try this place, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The ice cream was overpriced, the flavors tasted artificial, and the texture was icy rather than creamy. To make things worse, the staff seemed uninterested through our order. Rocky Road ice cream with no ingredients in the mix, (no almonds no marshmallows) just plain chocolate, staff said thats the way they do it, plus I paid extra for almond topping and look the pics what they served.

I can see how it got traction in social media. Some of their offerings are sizable and look great in pictures. It was a little difficult to order between the loud music, cars passing by, and the other customers talking on the loud side to compete with the previous noices. I ordered the Guava ice cream, there was a confusion when ordering because I had ordeded it with cheesecake ice-cream alongsideit, but instead got cheesecake toppings mixed in. Pros: The flavor of the corn ice cream with cinnamon on top was great. Lots of seating and parking available out front.

Cons: on the pricey side. I only ordered 3 3oz 1 scoop cups and paid $14.50. The menu is a little difficult to read and convoluted. Service was slow. It took over 20 mins to wait for the buzzer they give you when you order to ring, to get served. I probably will choose other ice cream spots before choosing...
