My son, father and I had completed a backpacking trip, and after cleaning up at a hotel we wanted to celebrate with a pizza dinner. I had hoped it would be a fun celebration. Instead, this is how our dinner went: (1) We waited 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us (2) Then we were told to go sit anywhere and order with a QR code (3) The online order site was very difficult to use, still haven't actually talked to anyone, can't really tell if the order went through (4) No drinks from our order come out, after 10 minutes I go ask, the woman says she is the only one working there. Doesn't know what drinks we ordered (5) because the menu was unclear, we end up with two giant pizzas for 3 people (6) one pizza comes out, but no plates, (7) second pizza comes out 10 minutes later.
Anyway, don't try to eat in person at this place. This wasn't a problem with the wait staff, it is a problem with an owner who just doesn't care. To the owner: someone might enter your restaurant hoping to have a positive memory, it would be nice if you ran it like you cared.
We did end up with a funny memory, as the worst restaurant experience we had ever had. We decided we will go out to pizza in our hometown in a few weeks, and redo our celebration.
Oh, I took the attached hilarious picture (best pizza restaurant of 2014) to prove I was there. This is a...

After a long trip, we needed to get our pizza snack on! We love the Issaquah location as our dog can sit with us outside on the covered patio. Justin, Alec, Nova and Sean are always so friendly and provide great service. This time we were there for Happy Hour which is a screaming deal! We had a Juan Candy pie and a Cherry Bomb pie. I love the creativity of their menu. I'm normally a pepperoni guy but at Zeeks, you have to eat outside of the box!
2021 REVIEW
We were looking to watch Monday Night Football and have a pizza. It had been awhile since we've been to Zeeks, but it was worth the trip. There was plenty of social distanced seating with TVs strategically placed to watch the game. I was very impressed by the diversity of beers on tap. But I've gotta say the ultimate pepperoni was one of the best pies I have had in a long time. Perfectly cooked and loaded with pepperoni. A special shout out to Sam who let us sample various beers and was super attentive. And I was also impressed by the COVID precautions they are taking. As soon as someone left, Sam was using a bleach spray bottle to clean the table and the chairs. A great experience all...
Read moreThe Zeeks logo and branding, and the inventive naming of their signature pizzas, along with their creative marketing posters all outweigh the actual pizza. If I was rating their branding, they would have easily got a 4 star. There’s just no way that this company is going to win the “best pizza” award here in Seattle (and the surround area). Now, if you have a hankering for pizza, and you see a Zeeks outside of your car window, and convenience is important to you… go ahead and stop if you want. Just be prepared to pay too much for a dissatisfying pizza. It’s not my favorite. The crust gets so floppy and saturated that you cannot hold it in your hand, especially when ordering “The Kitchen Sink” - which I don’t recommend. Honestly, Paggliaci has Zeeks beat handily. So may other pizza joints do too. And by the way… I paid over $30 for a medium pizza and $20 for a personal sized pizza at Zeeks. In the end, as far as value is concerned, I would have been happier with Pizza Hut (and we never go to Pizza Hut). I’m just disappointed. Save your disappointment and try Windy City Pie, Pagliacci, Via Tribunali, or even Mad Pizza. So many...
