I have truly never been so disappointed or disgusted with a restraunt in all my life as I was just now with my visit to Arbys in Shelby.. as my family is placing our order my niece and myself order the Clasic Fish on Flatbread. I proceed to tell the cashier to make sure they put it on Flatbread and she says "I rung it up that way" I said yes I realize that but the last 3x I have ordered it I keep getting buns! Ok she says.. the order comes out my fish is on buns, I take it back the manager tells me oh we are having issues with the screens looks at the girl and says you need to let the kitchen know when it's flatbread! She just looks at the manager and says "OH" I'M like this is exactly why I said something to you to start with. The manager says I'll remake them for you no problem. Ok well I wait and I wait, I go back to the counter to ask about my sandwiches and the young man at the end says " Oh my, ummm we sent them out the drive thru!!!" I'm like WHAT??? he's like I'm so sorry that's what I was told... then they proceed to tell me don't worry well remake them by now half my family is done eating!! Then my sister open her classic BEEF N CHEDDAR to find what a sesame seed bun with roast beef NO CHEESE!!! So I take it back and they "remake it" and what do we get back Beef N Cheddar NO ONION BUN!!!!!!! REALLY IF YOU DON'T GET SOME GOOD PEOPLE IN THERE YOU NOT GOING TO LAST...
Read moreI've been waiting for Arby's to finally get open here in Shelby and tonight was the evening we were able to fit a visit to the new store into our schedule. After 3 hours of shopping and running errands in Mansfield we finally headed home and Arby's was our last stop. We had our coupons all picked out and were excited about our upcoming meal. We decided to go inside and order since there were 3 cars in the drive-thru (it is 9pm). As we walked into the restaurant we hear someone (a shift manager since she was dressed differently and seemed to be in charge) loudly exclaim "we are out of roast beef for atleast 35 minutes". We proceed to the counter and ask "if we heard correctly that they were out of roast beef"? The employee confirms that "yes, they are out of roast beef for 35 minutes". I am baffled how Arby's is able to run out of their staple item. I mean it is known as Arby's roast beef, correct? We left without an apology from anyone in the store which proves my theory that no one provides or knows what it means to provide good customer service. We might go back and give Arby's a second chance in a year or so when they have more, hopefully 5 star, reviews. But for now, we won't be back. One helluva...
Read moreGot to the drive through window and paid for my order and then AFTER paying was told they couldn't make the 2 Jamocha shakes (machine wasn't working or something), then was practically forced to accept 2 Vanilla shakes instead! She was told we do not want Vanilla shakes rather the money put back on the credit card used to pay for everything. The half pound beef and cheddar sandwich was sliced very thick and was chewy, not to mention cold. Couldn't even eat it... Didn't even put any sauces in the bag. Worst experience at Shelby Ohio 44875 Arby's! Didn't order vanilla shakes and shouldn't feel obligated to take them in exchange for what we ordered because the employee didn't want to mess with refunding the money to the card! Got ripped off of around $10, we get extra everything in our Jamocha shakes which Jack's the price up. He didn't have time for them to keep pushing the vanilla shakes off on him and screwing around with refunding the money back...he had to...
