I've been to the original, but will never visit either Aviva locations
I have been asked once if something was ordered for my table by service staff when it wasn't, but three times and to be served someone elses meal is absolutly ridiculous. Only to realize it and take it over to another table when questioned.
Only one of our four meals was served and it was 15 minutes before we had enough. The manager apologized and didn't charge me for any of the meals so we left. They did give us the remaining meals that had been sitting under a heatlamp to go, but by the time we got home they weren't very good.
While I understand staffing can be challenging, don't open a new location if you can't staff it accordingly and still try to charge a premium!

I had the best bruschetta Iāve had in years ā better than anything in larger cities and for much higher tickets. The pizzas are brick oven and you get six slices on the happy hour personal pan. We received our salad after our meals, and did ask for it to come out first, but another part of the kitchen didnāt get that memo I suppose (?), but no biggie. Space is a pretty small but not much you can do in this space like every previous restaurant in it. Biggest downside was it was a little noisy while crowded, some type of sound deadening would be nice.
