China House — Restaurant in Jackson Township

The only worker I seen in the establishment was manning the cash register and cooking and still managed to remain extremely kind and friendly, even when we had no idea what we wanted to order and changed our minds several times. We forgot to mention we wanted these yummy fried chips were used to getting as an appetizer from our regular place before we paid but instead of charging us for them he just threw them in for free and also insisted we grab a couple drinks on the house. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a Chinese place before, and in my experience the workers at most places like this tend to be unfriendly and even rude. The best part was by far the food though! It was HOT, fresh, and hands down the absolute BEST Chinese food I’ve ever eaten (might not mean much coming from a scrawny gal like myself but I used to be 300+ lbs and trust me, I’ve eaten my fair share of Chinese cuisine 😬😜😁) I got the sesame chicken which is my usual order no matter where I go but THIS HIT SOOO DIFFERENT. And I’ll leave you with one final note; ORDER EXTRA EGG ROLLS, trust me, you’ll regret it if you don’t… we didn’t and we said multiple times throughout the evening that we wished...

The food is very good. Fast service and very nice people. This is one of our favorite Chinese restaurants. It is mainly a takeout restaurant but there is limited seating. We dined in every time with no problems. Update: We stopped in and ordered dinner. Everything was perfect. I tried the "special" of black pepper spring rolls... WOW, they were delicious. They didn't have the normal see thru wrapper but the wrapper they used actually complimented the filling better. These are a must order if you like...

Legitimately some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. They take great care in their to go packaging, using cardboard to divide items into even layers. They put a staple in the dumpling to go box. The food was great, the place smelled amazing and I was given a free 2L for an order over $50 (it was only $50 because we got multiple entrees and dumplings so we have leftovers for the next day or two.) 5/5, lucky to have this place within 5 ish miles of me.
