Great coffee.

Terribly ran. If you order coffee like most people you are forced to wait in line for 15 minutes because they refuse to have the people who order their gross food pull forward to let the people with a quick order to move on through. I order on the app to get a quick coffee, and wait in line for 15 minutes due to the one person in line who ordered food. This isn't hard. If you have to prepare the food, have them pull forward!

Terrible stale donuts. Terrible powdered egg sandwiches. Terrible franchise.

I live on the same street as this DD, 1 minute away. 8 out of the last 10 times I have gone, they have not had what I ordered in stock. They only make pastries once per day extremely early in the morning. You buy anything after 10am, it WILL NOT be fresh. This is a 24 hour establishment, it makes no sense. My last order, I ordered 6 different types of donuts, stuffed bagel bites, and something else. Out of the 8 things I ordered, they had only 2 ...and everything was stale and barely edible. They still charged me the $15+ that I had paid through the app, but I only got maybe 50% of the worth for inedible garbage. This place has been a disappointment nearly...

Just lost my business...your costumer service is terrible. After trying this DD 4 times my order is always messed up and I will not be back. I describe my drink so there are no errors. Medium VANILLA BEAN iced coffee with cream and sugar, please make sure it's vanilla bean and not french vanilla. Yet they give me the nasty french vanilla that tastes like straight creamer and their explanation for that is well we can't give you VB in your iced coffee because it'll make you sick. So, then why don't it make people sick to drink the VB coolatta? Well bc it's mixed up by a machine. ....ummm well can't you mix up my iced coffee? I mean isn't that what you're supposed to do anyways lol so mixing it around changes the nutritional value now? Hahaha come on people. Terrible service from these entitled teenagers at this Dunkin location. You order at the speaker, girl is laughing as she makes you repeat your order 2 or 3 times. Get to the window girl takes money for coffee. I continue to wait for my coffee order, 4 mins she comes and says we have to make more coffee. I asked for a refund, she laughs and says we don't do refunds without a manager here. I wanted 6 minutes for her to say she can't refund my money and chuckle. I'm emailing and calling above her manager. Unacceptable!! Why are teens running and operating a store if they can't hear to correctly take the customers order? Why are teens running a store alone with no adult on duty?? Your either wasting time and money at this location to have your coffee remade...
