Been stopping at this place once or twice a week for a couple years now. By far the best kept secret at the Jersey shore! I started stopping in for breakfast, and that turned into going back to buy lunch. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been amazing. The owner, Matt, is professional and friendly, and seems driven to building the best business possible. Uses great products, and his prices are really good. Now he opened up a fresh meat department in the back and OMG it’s amazing. I live in Whiting and drive there just to buy my meat now, (worth the trip)I mostly deal with the same 2 employees and am always greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude..big shout outs to Carolyn and Zee, for making my Tuesdays and Thursdays better. Amazing spot for coffee, breakfast sandwiches, desserts, and their butcher counter. The butcher counter in particular is really something special- they stock prime cuts, prices are fantastic, and they change their inventory a lot with weekly specials/oven meals. My current fav is the chicken cordon blu and the prime steaks here- beats Shoprite by a mile and a half in quality and price. The house rubs and sauces are great blends too, haven't tried them all but pair great with their meats, and the guys behind the counter are wonderful. 10/10 local joint and always worth a stop in to...
