The Dairy Barn — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Ordered two sundaes and a banana split. Apparently the woman (def not a younger woman or high schooler) wrote it down as a shake/blizzard but not a sundae. Probably because she was too distracted by the young child who was in there (younger than 6th grade if I had to guess) asking her questions. When I said apparently we are getting a shake/blizzard instead of the sundae (to my child who the order was for) the woman didn’t ask questions, she didn’t apologize, she informed me that’s what I ordered and shut the window on me. I’d argue that because no one was getting a shake/blizzard and I didn’t even know it was an option for that type of speciality sundae so it wouldn’t have even been a thought in my mind to verbalize but regardless her customer service was terrible. Repeating an order back would have prevented any mistakes but I can see how difficult that is when trying to parent a young minor while also working. Banana split was atrocious and I tossed the whole thing out after one bite. Her customer service had already told me it would be my fault somehow and she wouldn’t try to fix the issue. We waited the next day (bc we had planned to stop again before this incident) to go somewhere else for ice cream because it was that much of a waste of a lot of money and will...

Classy little place to get ice cream and soft serve cool cream. We visited the town because of the 2024 eclipse and let's just say that visiting this little ice cream stop was a great idea. I got something simple, but the other orders I saw were fantastic to see. Very friendly, good to talk too, and the area was a nice little chill place for this one in a lift time experience happen. We are glad that the town let tourists in and took good advantage in a friendly manner with other small shops around the area. Happy to have visited here...

First off my husband and I spent 32.00 on our food.. I ordered a Coney dog which to find out the Coney sauce was sloppy joe mix and the hot dog itself was boiled in water too long and taste like rubber and was hard and also order a pizza burger which to realize that it was a breaded burger with no cheese or sauce?.. Truthfully if the dairy barn is trying to take short cuts or save money it's just a horrible idea the food was terrible the best part of my 32.00 order was sadly my slushie.. Will not...
