I’ve given this location several chances since it opened—five visits total. Sadly, only one of those visits was actually enjoyable.
The main issue has been the wait times. On multiple occasions, I’ve waited over 15 minutes just to get to the drive-thru speaker, only to hear “I’ll be right with you,” followed by another 15 minutes before anyone takes my order, and then another long wait for the food itself.
On my most recent visit, after a long wait, I muttered a frustrated comment under my breath. A staff member responded abruptly over the intercom, mentioning they were short-staffed. When I got to the window, I apologized for my frustration because I understand staffing issues are difficult. However, the response I received was still rude and dismissive, which only added to the poor experience.
Had someone simply explained the delay upfront, I would have understood and patiently waited. But the lack of communication and consistently unprofessional service make it hard to justify coming back.
At this point, if given the option between a microwave meal from the store next door or going through this drive-thru again, I’d choose the microwave...

Today, while picking up dinner for my kid after dance class, I was asked to pull over after the drive through window and wait for my food. Ok, sure. I watched the team member walk my food to the wrong car, then that customer took my order back into the restaurant, and a couple minutes later, the same team member walked the scrunched bags back out to me. I asked him if they had remade the food. He said, "did you want us to?" I told him yes, I would like fresh food, please. If you were at a restaurant and watch someone put their fork in your food before realizing the order was wrong, you would expect a new plate. That’s all we really had was a Burger King but after the couple experiences that I have had every time I go there something is messed up and if you try to call their phone is just a busy signal for the last two hours so obviously they picked your phone off the hook to not answer calls. When you order double cheeseburger Dave special and she asked you if you want a bacon Nader any specifically tell her no but you still get it and you paid the prices for what you wanted but get something different.
