Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jackson

I still think dominos is the best chain pizza store..and I have seen been ordering from the Jackson store for a few years now.but today a bad experience...I ordered a pizza at 11 am.the order taker said it would be delivered around to 12.45 p.m and 0ne p.m...o.k no problem... 1.30 p.m. No pizza..I called them. Whoever was taking the calls coped an attitude. When I asked where my pizza was..no answer instead she switched me over to a over and over recording ads about various products. Do I called again I was put on hold again.reyurninh to the ads..so finally around ,2.15 p.m it should up..when I asked why the delay he said they were being bull rushed...which is understandable..that heck it is Friday and around lunchtime. Do naturally a bullrush could happen....the driver said they were shorthanded.wbich is understandable also..but being put on hold .and being switched repeatedly..and not being prepared is rotten..not a good way to do business..poor employee attitudes don't help much either.or the owners we are sorry..call the store ..yeah alot of good that will do..it would also be great if dominos system wide would do a better job of upgrading product line like real Chicago deep dish pizza..or Sicilian or Mexican pizza..perhaps jalapeno poppers with bacon..or deep fried...

Service from beginning to end is diplorable. We ordered online for delivery the app isn't rocket science 😁 lol I double checked my order before I confirmed it so I know I put it in correctly it took over 2 hours to get our food we ordered 2 medium pizzas and some bread I checked my tracker to see when the driver left the store it showed he had left 45 minutes prior me checking it was still almost half an hour more before he arrived then when I paid him he asked me if I needed change back uh yeah I gave you a $50 for a less than a $25 order!!!!! I was up until that point gonna still tip $5 but then I decided he really didn't want a tip being as that he had taken an exorbitant amount of time getting there without so much as an apology then to assume that he's getting a$20+ tip then when we did get to sit down and eat it was luke warm at best the toppings weren't so messed up that we weren't going to eat it but all of the cheese and toppings were all slid off half the pizza one of them had raw dough the stuffed bread was completely wrong so I did the app complaint and they gave me 1 free medium 1 topping pizza and the manager at the store wouldn't take my calls but instead...

Ordered 4 small and 1 medium pizza for my family. Every single pizza appeared to be cut by a blind person; not a single one of them was properly cut. Some huge slices, some tiny, child-sized slices. The pizzas also didn't have nearly enough sauce and the toppings on one of them were mostly burnt and I didn't receive the extra cheese I paid for on any of them.

The woman who grabbed my pizza off the shelf didn't say a single word to me while I was there, and the employees were openly swearing in front of a woman and her children right on the other side of the counter.

Edit - To the person who replied to this review: I just called the store that totally botched our order and the guy flat-out told me that since I didn't call the same day and I wasn't in their credit book, they couldn't do anything about it.

This is the worst Domino's experience we've ever had and we will never be purchasing your food again, which is sad because the only pizza place we usually go to...
