Subway — Restaurant in Jackson

Most of the time this establishment is really pleasant. However, today (02/12/23 at 3:50pm) the gentlemen working was not displaying good customer service. -We were not greeted at all. We had to speak to him. He told us to “we had to wait.” We ended up walking out after not being spoken to AT ALL.

We realized he was making a mobile/to-go order. Literally, one sub at a time. We stood there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged again. Nobody was waiting for a mobile order, or to-go order. It was very disappointing. We can usually grab a sub and go while we pump gas, and the ladies are very friendly. Today was just super disappointing...
