This isn’t for me but for the two truck drivers that left without getting something Bojangles is famous for, the sweet tea. The manager or person in charge pretty much said he wasn’t making more even though the drivers said they would pay for it. Tea is one of the biggest profit products sold. If you sold 1-2 gallons and made a customer happy it would mean more than throwing out that tea that couldn’t be used. These drivers, like me, may never get to an area where they can enjoy Bojangles because semis do not fit anywhere near a Bojangles. Thank you Loves for putting more in your locations. One driver left angry over the tea issue instead of letting the so called manager know what he thought. As a former manager of a store I would have gladly made the tea. He seriously said he never drank the tea before and seemed new to the whole Bojangles experience. He honestly seemed as if he didn’t even care. Most of the staff seemed unhappy to even be at work and as if it was an interruption to even help a customer. No personal skills whatsoever. Even saying someone was not at work for talking about other employees at work. Maybe Bojangles will see this and make sure that Tea is always made. It was before 9pm. As I’m typing this everyone is ordering tea and being told that it’s out. It takes 5 minutes to brew 3-4 gallons of tea that would have already been sold out. The manager is a tall black male and wore a beige shirt. Not the typical red one. He then just walked out like he went to smoke instead of pleasing...
Read moreWent this location OMGoshhhhhhh never again once I walked in I asked about the curbside order which I placed online. So they stated this location does not offer that option ok fine I can just place order inside. I'm at the register the guy was Great one star for him so he takes my order I showed him the promo that I had thur the app for bonjangles so he stated he needed to call manager. The manager (Mica) came up RUDE and nasty attitude I was in shock she states oh they never trained us on how to use the promos I asked well can you call your Store manager to resolve . No Wow .....furthermore she says I'll just give you the promo chicken sandwich without entering the promo code into register. Ok she recklessly takes my cash and charges me anyway. I ask her why would she do that she told me well it's too late to reverse it while she making my sandwichs didn't wash her hands no mask talking to me at the same time also tells me oh this location don't sell fries either. What??? so I just asked for refund another lady which was nice and Polite (HER UNIFORM LOOKED LIKE SHE SLEPT IN IT) it was filthy white red stained on black apron. She stated at this time our truck has not showed up and returned my money. This location needs INSPECTION on all level. Store dirty staff dirty and then to be presented with bad attitude. I would not stop here to grab a drank of water. Also parking is horrible this is by a truck...
Read moreI have never left a one star review on I don't think, anything. I'm a patient person. I was informed that they were out of biscuits when I first got there, but would have more in twenty minutes. After thirty minutes passed and they finally even got around to helping me, there was no biscuits, and by then, no rice (my mains for preferring here over another place anyway). But, ya know, okay. So after having to repeat my order at least four times, correct the lady that no I did not need a twelve piece yet again, when I got the food the order was still got the order wrong. Also, because the meal I ordered comes w biscuits; one person they accommodated without extra tenders. One person, was told they could choose a different side. I, of course the only person to not complain the entire time, was charged full price for an incomplete and inaccurate order, with poor and frankly rude service. And the food i did get - fries not great, chicken tasted of old oil. I missed bojangles, there's not one near me but I happened across this one on errands. Something tells me that craving will be gone for...
