I love this place but was so so so disappointed. 2 girls working the front one drive thru one counter and I had 2 couples in line ahead of me,I waited 17 min to be a le to order then it took 35 min to get my food as I watched it sit on a tray getting cold for another 10 min since the girl wanted to argue or convince me I told her it was for eating there. WHAT? 51 MIN FROM WALJING INSIDE AND FOOD PUT ON COUNTER THEN TO ARGUE WITH ME REALLY UPSET ME. I HAD RODE MY MOTORCYCLE AND THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS STANDING BY THE COUNTER IN FULL LEATHER GEAR, GLOVES, SCARF AND MY HELMET ON THE ENTIRE TIME WAITING FOR MY TO GO FOOD. NOW PLEASE DID IT LOOK LIKE I WAS GOING TO SIT IN A BOOTH WITH ALL OF THAT ON AND EAT IT THERE. I HONESTLY TOLD HER WHEN I GAVE MY ORDER IT WAS TO GO, THEN AFYER SHE ASK IF IT WAS FOR HERE OR TO GO I TOLD HER AGAIN ITS TO GO. AND THEN SHE STILL WANTED TO ARGUE FOR 10 MORE MINUTES AFTER MY FOOD HAD SAT THERE FOR 10 MIN AND SHE WOULDNT PACK IT UP. IVE NEVER BEEN THRU SUCH A FIASCO. I JUST WANTED MY FOOD WHICH IT WAS PROB GOOD BUT I WOULDNT KNOW SINCE BY THE TIME I GOT HOME I COULDNT EAT IT CUZ IT WAS COLD AND HARD AND JIST DIDNT TASTE GOOD. IT WAS NOT WORTH ALL I WENT THRU AND I WONT GO BACK. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON MY FOOD CUZ I WAS HUNGRY AND CRAVING IT SO BADLY FOR WEEKS , MONTHS.i did count 23 cars that ordered thru the drive thru while I was waiting on my order. SUGGESTION? USE THE DRIVE THRU AND TAKE IT HOME. DO NOT GO INSIDE. THE COUPLES IN FRONT OF ME HAD A LITTLE HIPCUP WITH THE WAIT. IM SORRY BUT IM ALWAYS HONEST ABOUT EVERYTHING. I WAS GREATLY DISSAPOINTED. This place has the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced.

So, I am waiting at the TO GO window watching two workers fill tartar sauce into containers. I make a special request to get a couple of containers filled with ketchup and I am told okay.

I am waiting on my order to be completed and when it is finally cooked and ready to be given to me, one of the workers decide to accept my payment.

I start to drive off and notice a bag with ketchup packages (I absolutely hate opening and opening and opening these packets)... (they did not do what I asked about the containers and didn't bother telling me). I drove back around and asked, they state "We don't do that." over and over. They will give you FOUR containers of tartar sauce and cocktail sauce but ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to squirt some ketchup into a container. CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY NOT?

Hope you are not eating on the road, NO utensils and NO napkins. I just love eating beans and coleslaw with my hands and not having a napkin to clean...

Horrible. Worst experience I have ever had the new owner I didn't catch his name was a Indian man talked down to me as well as other customers. I will never be back. He said with no other fish places in town I don't have to be nice or fast. And when I asked for more tartor sauce the owner proceeded to tell me " I know your kind, to wait until the order is paid for free sauce"...no sir I wanted to pay for them I never said I wanted them for free. Then He yelled at a older customer that was in front of me. He also yelled at his lady employee to move over to new register to check her money aka if she was stealing. The girl looked like crying and the cook looked trapped in this job. Please do not patron this establishment. I will drive to tyler to go there until a better customer service comes here. The catfish place in tyler gives you salad bar for free. This just hurts my heart. I can take being bullied or yelled at but others and older and younger. I will not...
