China One — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I have been to this restaurant countless number of times. I love that you can have chinese and seafood. Dinner Start at 3:30pm and I arrived around 3:45/4:00pm. The new cashier is sooo rude. She asked me how many I said 3, 2 adults and one child. She asked how old my daughter was I said 10, this lady still charged me an adult price for my daughter. When I asked her why did she charge her full price this lady said because she tall. LADY WHAT !!!! So what I said didn't matter I'm sorry my baby is tall she will be 11 in a couple of months. She had to call for her to refund me the difference. I paid with my card but she gave me $2 and some change in cash. So the difference between an adult and child is $2. I On top of that the food was old and cold. Like how did dinner just start and the food isn't hot. I was so disappointed because we was so excited about enjoying some good food. Later my auntie called me and said she seen them on the restaurant report and they had multiple violations. It will be a while if any before I return. Gave us the wrong order then argued with us saying that she thought making my general soul not spice but I never said I didn't want it spicy then they said the oil was old and dirty and serving people food with the same oil then they argued saying me and my girlfriend had brought one egg roll when we brought back two meals then they said they wasn't going g to remake are food they were just going to warm it up and threw extra spicy sauce to make it look fresh and taste spice and my girlfriend fried chicken was just recooked in the same dirty old oil.i thought the customer was always right...

The people behind the counter, making the food didn't have on masks!!!or either their masks were worn on their chins!!!.
