When I arrived at the store i saw my pizza ready on the shelf behind the regester... When i asked if my pizza was ready they told me "no" so i proceeded to wait. Once 10 minutes had passed i asked if the boxes behind her belonged to me and as i suspected, they did. Maybe she couldnt read or maybe she just had a grudge against me, but that is 10 minutes i will never get back again. After the hassle of receiving my pizza was over i went back home. But thats when things took a turn for the worst...
Once i arrived, i oppened the box and i instantaneously noticed my pizza was wrong. As i was already bothered by the experience i had while receiving my order. You can only image how upset i was when i found out i might have to go back and do it again... So i called the store to see what my options were. Upon calling the store i was answered by a man who claimed to be the manager, but once he realized i was calling to complain he quickly gained an Attitude.. I told him my order was wrong and he was not amused, he first asked for my address. once i had told him, he said they didnt have an order there as if i was lying.. But once i gave him my number he finally found my order. But by this time i was already tired of his approach toward me. I asked if i could talk to someone else and he stated that i wouldnt find anyone above him in the dominos chain of command.. Read moreWe ordered two large pizzas for carry out (order # 331293). I followed the information on the tracker and when it went through all of the stages, my husband and I left. We live about 5 minutes away from this Domino's (store 3894). We arrived and I went in to pay and pick up our order. I told the cashier (9669) my name. She said it would be about another 10 minutes, which surprised me. I told her that the tracker feature told me that the pizzas were ready. She just said that she doesn't know why the tracker said the order was ready and that it would be another 10 minutes. So my husband and I waited 10 minutes, outside in our car. I went in to pay and was again surprised that she took my card payment but did not show me the pizzas to confirm with me that they were right. I did that myself, before walking out. We got home and opened both boxes and our family dug in. We were all excited that it was going to be super hot and fresh. I mean, after all, it was supposedly just done cooking and boxed, we even had to wait those 10 minutes because it was not complete. It can't get that cold or be lacking heat within a five minute drive home. It was less than 5-8 minutes after we got the pizza, that we were diving in to eat. It was lukewarm, at best. Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars! I have lived in several different states and I always stand up for dominos! I have been a fan of dominos pizza since I was born. I love their pizza, but wow this location is consistently terrible! The first time I ordered from them my new husband and I waited 2 and a half hours before we finally were over it. We called and they said “I’m sorry it is just now being put in the oven.” So we canceled it and made a new order at a different dominos a little farther away. We had our pizza at the new location within 15 minutes! The next time I ordered from the romana location (which was completely on accident because it was apparently saved to the app) was by myself but I ordered a small on a Tuesday at 8:30pm, and I did not get my little pizza until 10:19pm! .. I’m sorry, but what!!! How is that possible?!?! This location is only 2.5 miles from my house! The fact that two completely different orders within 9 months apart took that long is insane! I can’t help but leave a bad review. Something has got to be done! I work in the service industry as well and I understand having bad days but this is something dominos has got to address. This is ruining domino’s reputation. I have grown up loving dominos, and It’s sad to realize that a location that is this unprofessional is ruining their reputation 😢.
