We have used them maybe a total of six or seven times and Everytime have had an issue with something! Here are the following issues I have had within them times: no dipping sauce, not evenly portions on pizza (one side cheese and the other maybe none or some), missing wings, chicken Alfredo no sauce/dried up, told no thin crust,told no Brooklyn style crust because of no boxes, also had pizza delivered cold due to someone having a blowout and it was only one driver so we got cold food instead, then after again and ask for thin and got pan crust instead after saying they had it, have to make several attempts to call to place an order due to being put on hold EVERY TIME I call and approximately five minutes or more and then I even speak to the assistant manager before today about a problem after I waited a time or two to call about the issues because I know stuff does happen and mistakes as well and he told me he could give me the general managers number and I didn't take it right then because I felt like he would handle the problem. So I call tonight and speak to him AGAIN about everything and he had an excuse for everything and I didn't get the manager of the store or whoever is above him but instead got a " oh u can take pictures and bring it up here if ud like" well yes I could but I should not have to do this at all if it was made right. The only reason we have been going back is because they are close and do delivery and due to transportation issues we use them and also because I like to hope they would get it right. The assistant manager is friendly but should have gave the person above him the number to me when I asked. Tomorrow I will be calling again and trying to get the GM number because something needs to be done with this storm or close it down !!!! Service should not go like this!!! Maybe if everyone called and spoke to the general manager it may get it going right. I seriously doubt they even look on here and if they did and seen all these one stars and did nothing about it they need to just shut it down. If you can NOT follow instructions, you don't deserve the 7 dollar tip I paid. I am disabled. I need time to get the dog up and make my way outside. I've never had a delivery driver make me come out to their car to get my order. That was NOT ok.
