Fast Wok — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I've been going to this place a very long time...when I go for lunch while at work...I normally order and I'll ask my co workers if they want to order and normally they do. So today...I ordered my fav... 2 General chicken...they ordered what they wanted...long story short I picked the food up, they had their food wrong...we let them know....do you know they would not fix their order....nor give a refund...smh...the owner comes out the back and he's yelling that's a waste of food their not exchanging or giving a refund...we kindly explained that they had the order wrong that wasn't what they ordered...and he still was yelling and sling pots and pans around. We were in total shock how they handled the situation. Especially Knowing how highly my boss and I speak of their restuarant. My boss was in such disbelief and so disappointed he refunded the ladies money and told us not to there...

They suck big time, I ordered from the menu online..fried fish w/shrimp fried rice, fried jumbo shrimp and a large chicken noodle soup, I ordered over the phone, they gave me a price, I waited an hour and no one ever showed up with my food so I called them and another person answered and told me that their drivers car broke down and that she trying to call me but the driver said that he would be there in 5 or 10 minutes, so when he made it there then she cooked the food and when it arrived, there was no fried fish and when I called her again she claimed that they never had fried fish and the put another person on the phone..my point is that they don't have their stuff together and the food isn't tasty like Oriental food, I wouldn't go there if the...

2 stars because the shrimp and vegetables has always been good. The female there is a big liar and DO NOT EAT THE RICE! They sell the plastic rice that is made in china. If you haven’t heard of it, please look it up and watch the video. You will be very surprise. Will cause cancer and/or other health issues after long term consumption. Also caught one of the cooks in the kitchen cooking after a lunch break and did not wash his hands. I will not be eating there ever again. If you will sell people plastic rice, then there is no telling what else unclean or unhealthy they may be serving. Maybe plastic...
