I had to give at least one star for my story to be published but I would give this store 0 stars i worked here for about a month as the general manager and this place is nasty employees don't wash there hands at all they don't wear gloves even when preping the food. there is no sanitation going on they serve the customers old expired meat all they do is change the stickers when they expire. there is no sanitation going on or cleaning they allow employees to work when they are sick and showing signs of covid. They allow employeses to bring there kids there and play in the back with knifes chemicals and hot ovens they do not care about the guest or staff they refuse to pay there staff and dont wanna pay for over time even when they work it. Code enforcement needs to be contacted and the health inspectors as well they have plumming issues water issues and the entire building had leaks and the owner does not want to get this matter fixed as to the fact he is cheap. I am just trying to get the word out there to the customers so they are aware of what they are eating in putting into there bodies its old expired food and not subway approved food as well. Read moreI had an absolutely terrible experience at this location—the first bad one I’ve ever had here. Upon entering, I asked the owner if the “Buy One Footlong, Get One for $1” deal was valid in-store. He told me it might work online but definitely not in the store. So, I placed my order online to use the deal, and while my order went through, the owner hadn’t even started on it after I’d been waiting inside for about 15 minutes.
Then, another customer walks in, and the owner immediately starts making their order before mine. When he finally got around to my sandwiches, he made them completely wrong—both needed extra mayo, but he put all the toppings down first, then slathered condiments on top, insisting he had to follow the sequence on the ticket. Newsflash: traditional sandwich etiquette means condiments go under the toppings, not drowned on top. When I politely pointed this out, he argued with me, the paying customer, over how I wanted my sandwich made.

Read moreI went to this Subway on Timiquana and the customer service I received was horrendous. The black lady needs to seriously take some classes on customer service. She needs to be trained on how to communicate properly with customers. She continuously cuts you off while talking. She will make an online order in the middle of making your sub without saying anything to you. The young tall black guy was amazing though. The new Smores cookies had no chocolate drizzle on them and the strawberry guava lemonade was dull. The dining area was atrocious. We couldn't find one clean table to sit at.
