Used the online menu and ordered the bang bang shrimp and the create your own bento box. Arrived at 1115 and didn’t leave until 1215. It took 45 minutes for her to tell me they did not have the bento box and she did not know how to refund or choose a different selection. On top of that, the bang bang shrimp was not properly cooked as they were still white in color aside from the sauce being on them. Not edible. Had to contact corporate and is currently waiting for my money to be returned. This was a common theme as three other people all placed online orders. She was the only one working that day. Unsat for this to be on a military installation. Will never go there again.
