Panda Express — Restaurant in Jacksonville

If I can give no star I will, I came in at 6:00 pm there was barely any food, majority of the bowls were empty and they close at 7:00pm. I go up to the lady and she said this is all we have we don’t cook anymore at this time and there was an hour still left. They were already starting the cleaning process, plenty of people were coming in and she actually gave them barely any food it was ridiculous. At 6:30 people came in and there was no food left and she said it was close. All I see is a bunch of lazy people working in this base you don’t see this anywhere else but in N A S Jax, come on people ya need to do better for the service member/ sailors. This is not the same as when I live here 12 years ago what a pity, thank GOD I live in beautiful San Diego....

Granted it was 10 minutes til closing when l ordered a plate of orange chicken, fried rice and chicken teriyaki, but why make people pay FULL price for extremely hard and dry food?! The orange chicken was so hard l used the teriyaki sauce to soften them and the teriyaki chicken was good once l used the teriyaki sauce on it as well. The service was okay, but please turn people away at the end of the shift when the food is hard and dry. Please do better, we like...

The food is good, the service could use a little work. The restaurant is not a hangout spot, and the servers were more interested in hanging out with their friends and giving away free food, while the paying customers had to wait for more food to be made.
