Subway — Restaurant in Jacksonville

As a customer you're usually appreciated for spending your money with them and employees try to make your experience at least tolerable. However when you visit this location the only thing appreciated is you leaving their counter. You feel as if you're getting in the way of them relaxing in the back where they seem to be missing while you wait patiently out front for them to be ready for you. If you like a store that cares about the customers requests, then this place is NOT for you, apparently when you ask for a bit extra veggies, this correlates with less because what you want doesn't matter and trust me they will let you know that. It's sad to see this customer service at a Subway which has always been a great quick meal, not to mention the fact that this lack of just common courtesy and under the breath comments are featured at a Subway on a military base. Staff canceled our online order, refusing a coupon, stating this location doesn't accept coupons but the listed participating locations says otherwise. Said staff member proceeded to horribly make my families sandwiches, hardly putting the toppings requested. Then while the sandwiches are toasting, this staff member rubbed her gloved hands on her disgusting clothes, input our order at the register with those same gloves (touching the disgusting register) and then pulled our sandwiches out to continue making them with the same gloves on. This staff member was rude and fell beyond short of satisfactory service. But you bet my wife was still prompted to tip after paying full price for these...

If i could rate 0 stars i would. anytime i come here during “open” hours, nobody is ever there. Once i waited 10 minutes before seeing a blonde headed worker pop her head out from the back and just ignored me. i waited another 7 minutes before leaving. You can imagine how upset my pregnant wife was hearing that the subway she was craving was gonna be another 20 minutes. this time around, a man was confused about his subway order and thought they charged him for a drink and chips as well. the blonde woman was very rude and mocked him right after he apologized for his mistake and walked away. it seems i’m not the only one having problems with this woman and i wonder why they continue to allow her...
