First and foremost, let me take a minute to brag about Kenneth (the best cake baker in all of Florida and his cake)!!! I ordered a lemon pound cake and Kenneth was the only person that answered the phone. I told him what I wanted and he delivered!!!! He also offered a bottle of wine (free of charge) with delivery of cake, but I don’t drink wine😂. When I tell y’all, this CAKE was BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING!!! The CAKE was so moist that it melted in your mouth! It was so flavorful and it was more than I expected!! It was the proper balance of sweetness and richness. This was actually one of the richest cakes that I’ve ever had! I actually got this cake as a gift for someone that likes pound cake and everybody ended up eating it!!! I just really wanted to tell everyone the extra mile Kenneth went for my husband & I! Which is something so rare this day & time! We live in Georgia & our daughter just recently took a new job in Jacksonville. We couldn’t be there to celebrate her birthday, but we wanted to make her day special and this fellow did just that! He baked my daughter a chocolate pound cake & even picked her up a birthday card, which we didn’t even suggest. He was so excited to get that cake to her & hunted her down at a very large facility where she works. And he did it with a smile on his face every step of the way!
