The food- I ordered a half a steak salad with no onion & Italian dressing, as well as a half of a chicken quesadilla. First of all, the salad was lettuce, NOTHING BUT ICEBERG LETTUCE. No greens like spinach or arugula, no cucumber, no tomato. This was a huge bummer. They did at least put fries on it. The "steak" was really just steak-ums, which I don't mind but I was already disappointed with the quality. The fries were the best part of my whole entire meal and they were garnish🤣 I ate my lettuce with the great value Italian they gave me anyway and moved on. The quesadilla was even more disappointing. It had shredded chicken with a few peppers (peppers??? in a quesadilla??) NO CHEESE?!???? WHAAA???? I make brilliant quesadillas at home for a very low cost and they are beyond good, so I've been told by many many people. I would be glad to pass the recipe to them! Customer service- was decent, they were kind just busy. So I had to wait nearly half an hour to get my food. Because I ordered carry-out, I didn't get the full experience.

All of the stars went to atmosphere because the establishment is very inviting. I was so disappointed with this place though. I had heard great things so I had high expectations. They had no dessert menu which was another huge bummer! I might give them another shot but it won't be...

A little hidden gem. Best food I've had in awhile. The steak hoagie and spicy pickles were phenomenal, the fresh hoagie bun was soooo good..the atmosphere was welcoming and you felt like you were atvhome at a local...
