Awful experience!!!! I came there ordered a simple sandwich they couldnt get it right even after i brought it bk twice like how much time n patience do u think ppl hv ..u r getting paid to work there not i so u should b making my food right i wasted a hour of my time n used up all my patience with the half wit workers..again u r getting paid to work there i am paying to eat i shouldnt hv to do u job for u ..and then the manager said i can mail u coupons GREAT. A coupon feeds me right now cuz i sure am hungry right now thats y i came there DUH not to get food a week from now ..thanks for ruining my day wasting my time and im still starving and now on top of that im stressed out n wasted the lil time i did have to eat. Thanks Culvers for raising my blood pressure and pissing me off thats def not what i came there for! Culvers is my fav place to eat! Well it was ..i dont understand how my 1 sandwich cost what they pay u per hr y cant u make my 1 sandwich right the 1st or even 2nd time..its rude to hv a restaurant that charges for quality food for but cant make a sandwich right the 1st or second time. It was not even busy at all ppl standing around just talking maybe staff should b focused on doing their job instead of social time with the staff..i wonder how much food is wasted cuz ppl r talking n messing up oreders instead of working.. When i worked at Culvers the motto was if u hv time to lean its time to clean not do ur job half way n piss off the customers so they leave hungry stressed and irritated while u get paid to conversate with the other staff n mess up my food.. Train ur staff better cuz no one goes out to eat to get coupons later i wanted my food then not weeks later when u mail me a coupon oh hooray yea right this fast food not order today n next week we might make it correctly..i wont waste my time or money there again crazy cuz i used to eat culvers everyday but once i stopped working there n was no longer the person in the kitchen actually making my own food it seems impossible to get my food made correctly just crazy...
Read moreInitially had a good experience with the cashier but afterwards I'm treated like the plague walking through this place. The "experience" even included being called a derogatory expletive as I'm walking out by one of the females didn't like the way I said good night. Yeah, I looked over and noticed how I'm being stared at by young fella smiling watching me walk out without even a good night being said as was done for other patrons. When my food was dropped off at the table during the visit, it was done in a rude, curt manner like, again, not wanting to serve me, ask if anything else needed, or have any interaction just here ya go. After going to a female supervisor after more drama for just asking to speak with her (everyone acting like I was so out there for asking), I explained everything just for her to act dismissive of everything told to her. Once I mentioned going to corporate, she seemed completely comfortable which tells you a lot right there. As a Hispanic caucasion, grown man wearing Western cowboy boots and carrying myself in confident manner (veteran as well) is something the crew can't handle here (the girls included) then maybe hiring practices should be reconsidered, especially for whom is in a supervisor role. Absolutely ridiculous and talk about prejudicial along with entitled. Overall atmosphere and experience was blantantly ignorant and prejudicial except for the initial cashier (female, either Hispanic or Mexican, darker girl). 10/4/24 8:19pm order time. Left...
Read moreMidland Rd is my favorite Culver's. The staff are always kind, courteous, and helpful. Thank you for having the best location so close by. Keep up the great work!! Well, the above is my original post from I don't recall how long ago. Fast forward to tonight. I walk up to the counter and order my burger. I look over and see 5% Senior Discount on the screen. I look at the cashier and say, "WOW. 56 years old and get the Sr discount?" She smiles at me. Ok. I'll ask. "At what age does the senior discount start?" "Umm 60 or 65, I think. (My face drops). But if somebody offers a discount, you should be happy and take it". Well, I did accept it.... but, I'm not thrilled about it. Do better, please. If individuals know they are nearing the "age of maturity" for such discounts, let it be them to ask for it. Don't presume anyone's age. I received my burger and did my best to enjoy it. On my way out, I was tempted to stop back up at the counter and ask if she had anyone who could help me to my car since I'm a senior citizen. But, I chose to be kind. I've attached...
