Fazoli's — Restaurant in Jasper

I’ve been coming to Fazoli’s for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve seen changes in staff and management, which has had its ups and downs.

The building itself could benefit from a deep clean and some much-needed remodeling. It looks like there have been some efforts to freshen things up inside, but there’s definitely still room for improvement. On the bright side, the parking lot has been repaved and is in much better shape than it used to be.

As for the food, dine-in portions are more generous than what you get through the drive-thru. I’ve also had great experiences using Fazoli’s for catering. They are reliable, timely, and well-prepared.

What truly made my most recent visit stand out was the exceptional service I received from the team. Sarah, Abby, and another young lady (whose name I didn’t catch) went above and beyond. They made sure our orders were accurate, treated us with kindness, and handled a minor issue with empathy and professionalism. I didn’t even ask for a resolution, but they made sure I left completely satisfied. The food came out hot and fresh, and the overall experience was better than I’ve had at more expensive places.

If every visit was as great as this one, I would return more often. I’d much rather spend my money here than at other restaurants offering lower quality food and service for the same or even...

If I could give a negative on stars, I would. We pulled up with over 30min prior to closing and the 2 male workers in the dining room gave us looks already. They should be fired. Came in to order with another customer ordering and the female at the register asked if we were dining in. I replied yes and she roller her eyes and said well we close in 30min and walked away from the register. She should be fired. 9:30pm on Friday 7-25-25. We proceeded to order on the kiosk as she walked away. It popped up kitchen closed, twice. She came out and rolled her eyes again and said she could try to order for us. As soon as we tried to order, she yelled at kitchen to ask if anything was available. And walked away. We left. All employees encountered got what they wanted. Check cameras and date and time. Food was inedible. Did not get the bread sticks with my meal. Drink tasted like chemicals and the pizza was not cooked. Very doughy under the burnt cheese. Alfredo noodles were crunchy. Would give no stars if I had the choice. 10/10 would NOT recommend. When I called to get a refund they said I could not and they would give me coupons to equal my money spent. The manager was very rude and has ZERO customer service skills at all.
