The Gathering Table — Restaurant in Jasper

The Gathering Table is a pleasant surprise in a small-town setting. I stopped in for breakfast and had the biscuits and gravy with coffee—simple, hearty, and really well done. The coffee was fresh, the gravy had great flavor, and the biscuits were warm and fluffy.

The atmosphere is exactly what you’d hope for: clean, welcoming, and full of that small-town charm, complete with friendly conversation in the background. It feels like a place where locals gather, but travelers will feel right at home, too.

A nice little spot to have in a town with very little. It uses a nice, modest menu with a good spread of diner classics.

Also, this establishment offers gluten free buns. It didn't offer these right away, but the staff responded to customer demand and made these buns available. These buns are nice and light and give the taste and mouth feel of traditional buns. They pair very well with the grilled chicken and any burger they serve. Finally stopped in to check it out! Gluten-free buns n a mushroom and Swiss burger was my choice today! Excellent! Bun was amazing, burger was moist but done with great flavor and a good portion! Definitely will be back for more! Ladies are attentive and happy to serve you. Prices were definitely in sync with everyone else...might even be cheaper that fast food...
