Cooper Street Coffee — Restaurant in Jeanerette

I wish I lived closer so I could make CSC a part of my daily routine. The food was on point especially the grits.

Our table had biscuits, sausage, bacon, grits, and French toast. Everything was amazing.

The coffee was exceptional but during our visit we had to ask for refills at the counter. I would prefer waitstaff refill coffee as needed.

The atmosphere was perfect for an after-church Sunday brunch. I especially loved the piano music.

Forget Starsucks - this is the place to go if you want to get REAL coffee. Very good espresso based drinks prepared on top of the line equipment by someone not covered with tattoos or piercings. Great coffee without the attitude and pretentiousness. The coffee beans used here are at the peak of freshness and this is very evident in the cup.
