I visited your London, OH location at the date and time specified above. I am a truck driver and I give Arby's alot of business due to the many locations at truck stops around the country.
I approached the counter to order lunch. There was a gentleman in front of me finishing up and paying for his order. I stepped up to the counter and a female customer walked up from my right and the employee and this customer obviously knew each other and the employee took this woman's order after she saw that I was clearly next in line. I didn't get an apology or an explanation for this.
I understand that due to COVID there is a shortage of employees and keeping restaurants staffed is a major issue and I'm symptomatic to that. However, after reading the Google reviews on this location it's a carbon copy of very poor service so this is definitely not an isolated incident. I feel that when you continue to see poor reviews for horrible customer service that are several months old and it obviously isn't being addressed that we're all being ignored by people way above the store manager's pay grade. I love the food at Arby's and I'll continue to eat there, but to the upper MGT that is reading this please stop ignoring us, the Google reviews speak for themselves. I attempted to address this on the Arby's website because I hate leaving reviews that get ignored and the website locked up just before I submitted the complaint. And Google reviews obviously go unheard. The business being reviewed always leaves the condescending, copied and pasted "were so sorry about your experience" please contact us.
Read the reviews, they are several months old.
Arby's you...

As I walked into the restaurant, I could hear the drive thru cashier scream across the restaurant, “we’re out of roast beef!” And they continued yelling it and saying how horrible it was.
They even suggested to close down the restaurant, at this point there’s at least, 6 people in line.
The cashier - uses “baby” way too many times in a sentence, when prompting.
The cook - made wrong sandwich (ordered spicy fish received crispy fish)
The order was missing my French dip and Swiss, and when I asked about it, the drive thru cashier asked me if I was sure. I had to order it with turkey, and yes I was sure I told her.
Then the cashiers proceeded to argue with each other about the order and how it had been bagged.
I then asked her for the ‘A jus’ to which I was again asked, if I was sure that it wasn’t given to me.
Very unprofessional staff
The worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant ever!
Oh! And when I went to eat my sandwich, it was roast beef not turkey...

Terrible work ethics. We waited 12 minutes for our food. There was some boy, about 10-12 yrs old, son of one of the ladies working, step brother to to cashier. Lids were laying on counter, about 20 of them, and this boy, Skylar Hunter, (we all knew his name, after Cashier said it twenty times), was playing with them. Cashier kept yelling at him, also yelling to the back to his mom, to come take care of him, that he wasn't listening. At one point, kid stood infront of register, and wouldn't move. People were waiting in line to give their order. Cashier did throw away the lids, placed more out, and kid Skyler, picked up that bag of lids and was dragging it everywhere. I actually spoke up once, at the kid, and told him to move.
Two stars, only because the food was ok. We will...
