My meat ball sandwich did not arrive with my $50.00 order. I called them right away to ask the Uber driver to turn around and deliver it. The female said right away “nothing they can do about it call uber get a refund”. I asked “can I order another sandwich since you can’t do anything?” She said “are you going to pay for it?” I said “of course when it gets here I am not running the great meatball sandwich scam”. She then proceeds to inform me that I 2 miles out of their delivery zone. I asked are you aware of customer service? I talk to Daniel who is not in charge and when I asked who is says “ nobody”. I guess Brandy’s does not have a management structure. He then calls me back ad his response to my request to order a sandwich which I will pay for was “ no since you received a refund from Uber which was I instructed to do. I asked “ so there is nothing you can do to authorize the delivery and since no on is in charge he could not help me. I explained that I will not order from them again even though I have been for years not just personally but also for where I am employed. He said “ok”. Thier food is great and reasonably priced but they do not have anyone in charge and therefore do not know anything about serving the customer. I guess now that the pandemic is at pace to the finish line they don’t need me supporting them which I made a conscience choice to increase my take out orders to help keep them in business. Read moreMy husband and I normally love Brandy's, but their service today has been nothing short of unacceptable. We placed an order online through their own website, and an hour later had not heard anything back about our order. I called in and spoke with a guy who then checked their online system and gave me a handful of excuses including "the system must have been frozen, we've been so busy, we are just really backed up here, you placed an order online?? Hmmm". In short, they had simply not checked their online orders that morning. An hour and a half later, my food arrived, minus a beverage which was supposed to be included in the meal deal I ordered. The delivery person told me he would be right back with my beverage, twenty minutes ago. I have still not seen my precious Orange soda. Keep in mind, Brandy's is a quarter mile from my house. I can walk there in 7 minutes. Now I have to leave for work without being able to enjoy my meal or my soda. PS Don't order the Philly Cheesesteak. Poor excuse. They placed tough fajita meat on a sub bun, red peppers, and no flavor was included. If you eat there, dine in, and stick to the basics. Their fries are good.

Read moreAround 545pm on Sunday 3/26/23 I placed a phone order at the Milwaukee store. When a part of my order was a small chili I asked for an extra cracker was told OK. Picked up my order paid got home and one super small bag of crackers. Just spent 44 bucks there so I called to complain. The girl was nasty right off the bat well that's all we give with a small order. I went 2 years without going there a few years back because they kept screwing up my order of a double burger ketchup only almost every time. Couple years ago started back. They could offer me free food the rest of my life I wouldn't set foot in that dump. Most of the counter girls are nice but this one was just nasty. 4 people heard how she talked to me on the phone. Customer service stinks. Zero stars is too good a rating. Almost forgot when I asked for manager she says I am.
